Advantages: Unsold tokens will be burned, 20% of revenue generating by ACA Network will be used for buying ACA tokens and burning them. And creating token's shortage is a reliable instrument for the increasing token's value.
Risks and disadvantages: There is no information about blockchain specialists, who will execute this project. The project doesn't have any publications in press.
Comments: Significant discounts will be offered during Pre-ICO and ICO, it will help to attract more investors and reach the Soft Cap.

Advantages: The company was founded in 2010, so the team has a relevant experience. Token holders will be able to rent out their tokens to other members. The project intends to bring transparency to the market, to solve the problem of fraud and to optimize advertising campaigns.
Risks and disadvantages: There is no information if ACA tokens, which belong to the team and advisors will be frozen. Team's and advisors' share of tokens is 33%.
Comments: Since the team already has a successful experience, I think they should tell about it in more details. I suppose they have some partners in the industry and this information would be useful as well.

Advantages: An increase in use of digital marketing will be witnessed. There will be reduction in production costs and profitability will be realized by the business proprietors that will use this platform for advertising. The tokem shall be traded on the exchange which enables the investors to liquidate.
Risks and disadvantages: Information about the token hold function hasn't been provided. The reserve fund is very small. competition will be a big obstacle.
Comments: Its evident that the project has indicators of success and the upcoming pre ICO has chances of going through but it should be noted that the sustainability of the project depends on the consistency of task and road map accomplishment to make the platform more profitable.

Advantages: The number of people employed by the startup is manageable and shall make employee remuneration effective. The road map is well elaborate and has a short time of execution which shows the competence of the team. The token reserve policy is practiced in this project according to the tokenization. Online advertising is widely used and has large future prospects.
Risks and disadvantages: It should be noted that the competition in the market has created a divide in the market and acquiring a share of it that is productive shall require competitive advantage otherwise the project will lag behind and will not profit as it might want to.
Comments: Most of the time investors have a lot on their plate and engaging in reading the detailed white paper might be a challenge therefore it is advisable to use a one pager and video content to save on the investors time and also make the project attractive.

Advantages: Strong diversified team of professionals with relevant background.
Detailed roadmap with specific dates.
Clear target Market and explanation on how the project will fit into that landscape.
Active social accounts and collaborating atmosphere on Bitcointalk.org Thread.
The white paper is well presented and contain considerable research and explanation of the market opportunity.
Risks and disadvantages: Too specialized target market (Japan) which may lead to a loss of token value since people can use another established currency.
Comments: This is a strong team with a simple and effective idea. I am not sure if there are any other strong competitors in Japanese market but ACA Network seems like the project to rely on. As always, the success of the project will depend on attracting enough attention.
