I found this solution very competitive and perspective based on the recent cryptocurrency developments. Based on the API architecture described in the whitepaper the service provides unlimited options for trading and revenue generating using automated tool.
Risks and disadvantages
I recommend extending the whitepaper providing more specific details about the revenue generating, the practicality of the solution and how Team is going to implement this (comprehensive solution, mobile app, etc.). Currently, the whitepaper has some gaps.
In general, I like this project and the team which has a solid trading and technological background. The project also has a reasonable roadmap. So, I believe, this won't be underestimated based on the information provided on the whitepaper.
The website as well as Whitepaper are available in many foreign languages. So, team pays attention to investors from all over the world. Another huge pros is the prototype. There is already working platform and users can download an application on PC and check its functions. Investors can take part in ICO with different assets, not only Ethereum, but with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and others.
Risks and disadvantages
One possible drawback concerns project Roadmap. It does not provide investors with the detailed steps of platform development. I wish it could be more informed.
As a whole, the platform already has MVP and has big plans for the future. The idea it raises it actual, and will be popular among people. Moreover, there is a wide range of bonuses, which attracts people to participate in the crowdsale.
The video presentation is interesting and informative. The product was tested and currently the prototype is covering 10 biggest exchanges.
Risks and disadvantages
Marketing budget is 7%. There will be no massive marketing campaign. Community members will be insentivized to promote the platform and I think the word of mouth is a very effective way of promoting, but I'm not sure it will be enough, because as for now community on social media is not active enough. The project doesn't have advisers.
The team has developed an algorithm, which allows to monitor the market to find the most profitable trades. If this is unique, probably the team should patent their method. This a very attractive startup, I hope it will be able to promote itself.
According to the Whitepaper's information investors will be able to benefit when the Soft Cap is reached. The daily interest rates are from 0.5% to 0.75% during the beginning stage. Team's coins will be frozen for a year.
Risks and disadvantages
Utility functions of the ATAO token are not described in One Pager and Ten pager. This information can only be found at the end of the Whitepaper and in my opinion is not presented in the best way.
Users will be able to identify price differences in different crypto exchanges, which is a relevant solution for many cryptocurrency holders. I suppose investors will be interested in supporting the project.
What is ATAO?
ATAO is a based off the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin and NavCoin. It can offer you all the benefits of Bitcoin and also has an additional benefits, such as much faster transactions and low electricity usage. A main difference of Arbitao from other cryptocurrencies is that we use the Proof of Stake algorithm to secure the network (unlike Bitcoin & most others, that use Proof of Work). The Proof of Stake algorithm is much more lightweight and because of it, you won’t need huge servers to mine ATAO.
How does ATAO differ from other coins?
Arbitao has several benefits, that set it apart:
Its transactions are proceeded much faster (seconds instead of minutes). Transactions have a very low cost (only 0.0001 ATAO at the beginning, which is one thousandth if one US Dollar cent). To participate in Proof of Stake mining you don’t need a large, expensive server. It can run even on a 5v Raspberry Pi.
Are ATAO transactions anonymous?
Your wallet is not related directly to your name or surname. But all transactions can be viewed by any person. So, if you write your wallet address on social network, anybody can see all your transactions. If you don’t, your wallet can be called an almost anonymous wallet and you can use ATAO anonymously.
Do you have access to private keys?
We don’t have access to private keys of our users’ wallets. Keys are secured according to well-known Glacier Protocol.
What is the difference between fiat money and cryptocurrencies?
Fiat money is currency that a government has declared to be legal tender, but it is not backed by a physical commodity. The value of fiat money is derived from the relationship between supply and demand rather than the value of the material that the money is made of.
A cryptocurrency is a digital asset designed to work as a medium of exchange that uses cryptography to secure its transactions, to control the creation of additional units, and to verify the transfer of assets. Cryptocurrencies are a type of digital currencies, alternative currencies and virtual currencies.
Why will the demand for the ATAO grow?
Every new user of our platform is a reason why the demand for the ATAO grows. The ATAO will be used across all our infrastructure. Growing popularity of our platform will ensure the growth or the ATAO, people also will try to buy ATAO on the exchanges. The supply is limited, but the demand is not. Our platform has billions of potential users. All of them are potential buyers of the ATAO.
As the Arbitao project progresses and reaches milestones, there will be more users, more liquid capital on exchanges for arbitrage trading, as well as more speed and resilience due to more nodes running in the network and a more and more decentralized network structure. This in turn will increase demand for ATAO, because it is the key to access Arbitao’s arbitrage trading platform. Even though the supply of ATAO is not limited to a certain number, the newly available coins should not have a negative impact on the price, because demand will still surpassing supply.
What is Arbitao?
Arbitao makes it possible for small investors to participate in arbitrage trading and earn more profits than they would be able to make if they tried it in on their own. Our automated arbitrage trading platform is accessible through a decentralized cryptocurrency: the Arbitao Coin, which has the symbol ATAO.
Is ATAO a utility token?
Yes, ATAO gives users access to the Arbitao platform, which allows them to benefit from automated arbitrage trading profits. The coin will also be used as a reward for participation in cloud computing.
Why should I use ATAO?
If you want to invest a part of your portfolio into arbitrage trading, ATAO lets you become a member of trading pools, which allow for more profitable trades compared to what you would be able to make on your own.
How can I buy/sell ATAO?
You can participate in our Initial Coin Offering (ICO). After that, you will be able to buy ATAO on our internal exchange, and on external exchanges as soon as listing is conducted.
I am from USA, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria or North Korea, can I invest?
NO, Arbitao excludes persons from specific nations from participating in the ICO or using the plattform. Unfortunately, due to specific regulations from individual countries, we are unable to provide services to citizens from USA, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria or North Korea.
How many ATAO are there?
800,000,000 ATAO - eight hundred millions - were created as the first batch of Arbitao coins. 85% of these coins are reserved to be sold to the community or rewarded as bounty or referral rewards. Unsold ATAO will be burned
How was ATAO created?
The Arbitao Coin is the result of a decentralized network that keeps track of all ATAO accounts and balances on a so-called blockchain. We pre-mined the initial supply of ATAO in “genesis blocks” and allocated more than 85% of them to the community.
Why are only 85% going to the community? What happens to the rest?
The remaining 15% are distributed among the following areas:
- 7% Team
- 5% Legal and Adivsory
- 3% Reserve
Can I mine ATAO?
Unlike Bitcoin, ATAO does not rely on the Proof of Work consensus mechanism. Instead, ATAO uses Proof of Stake to validate and confirm transaction on the network.
You can participate in this and start earning transaction fees by enabling the Staking mode in your ATAO wallet.
Where can I use ATAO?
The main utility of ATAO is to participate in our arbitrage trading platform. It allows you to invest a part of your portfolio at considerably low risk with very competitive returns.
How can a holder of ATAO benefit?
You can either invest your ATAO in arbitrage trading, or stake your coins in your wallet. In both cases, your ATAO gives you a passive income.
What separates us from other arbitrage trading providers?
We have a working product, as well as high-end infrastructure in place. Another advantage of ours is that were are already well-connected with exchanges and traders in the crypto-space. By raising funds, we aim to have higher liquidity on markets than competitors and thereby realise more profitable arbitrage opportunities.
Is Arbitao secure?
Security of our platform and websites is one of our priorities. We use firewalls, load balancers, private clouds. Our goal is to provide the best accessibility and new level of security. We apply security patches immediately after their release date.

What is a blockchain and why do we need it?
Blockchain is an incorruptible digital ledger of economic transactions that can be programmed to record not just financial transactions but virtually everything of value. By storing blocks of information that are identical across its network, the blockchain cannot:
- Be controlled by any single entity.
- Has no single point of failure.
Blockchain is a new level of security and trust.
What is Proof of Stake (PoS)?
Security to our network is given by Proof of Stake consensus. It means that we use ATAO to determine weight of network weight during validation of transaction blocks. Proof of Work, which is used by Bitcoin cryptocurrency, needs very powerful computers for calculation of large mathematical problems during transaction process (people call this process ‘mining’). Computer, ‘solving’ the problem first, is rewarded for doing so. These rewards incentivize people to mine. This way has one serious problem - it is very energy expensive (experts calculated that transactions of Bitcoin by 2020 may consume volume of electricity equal to energy consumption of Denmark). Because mining becomes much expensive (the cost of electricity, hardware etc.), it is now becoming more centralized. It means that only several groups are running the majority of the Bitcoin network.
Proof of Stake is much more efficient, as it allows anyone to join the network and earn rewards for validating transactions.
How can I participate in PoS?
To take part in Proof of Stake transaction validation, you will simply need to install the Arbitao Core wallet, and transfer your Arbitao coins into it. Next step is going to your settings page and unlocking your wallet for staking. After this, you will begin to validate blocks.
How often will I find a new block?
Finding a new block can take some time. If you keep your wallet running as often as possible, your chances are increased.
The following estimations are staking times based on a wallet running at all times:
1000 ATAO = 1 new block weekly
10,000 ATAO = 1 new block daily
What is an affiliate program?
An affiliate program allows you to earn commissions for referring a product or service to others. Usually the payout of commissions is tied to conditions, for example the purchase of a product or the registration at a service.
How does the Arbitao affiliate program work?
You get a personal referral link from us, which is tied to your user account. (You can find the link in the dashboard after you sign up.)
Share this link with anyone who might be interested in Arbitao. If they sign up using your link, our system will remember that you referred these users to us, and you will automatically receive your commissions, when the according conditions are met.
Our affiliate systems tracks referrals on three levels.
What does “referrals on three levels” mean?
Let’s assume you shared your referral link with a user named Alice.
Alice signs up and shares her referral link with Bob.
Bob signs up and shares his referral link with Charles.
Now, the affiliate commissions you earn are level 1 for Alice (9%), level 2 for Bob (6%), and level 3 for Charles (3%).
What conditions must be fulfilled, in order for me to get paid out commissions?
Registered users that you referred to us (taking the three levels mentioned above into account), need to take certain actions before there is a payout.
There are two events that lead to you earning affiliate commissions:
The referred user participates in the ICO and purchases ATAO. In this case the affiliate commission earned is the according percentage of ATAO.
The referred user invests ATAO in an arbitrage trading pool. Here the affiliate commission is automatically credited to the USD balance in your Arbitao dashboard.
Do I have to participate in the ICO myself, in order to earn affiliate commissions?
Do I have to invest in an arbitrage trading pool myself, in order to earn affiliate commissions?
Yes. You need to invest into at least one trading pool, so that you have an USD account in our system which we can credit the commission to.
How often will the bounty be distributed?
ATAO coins will be distributed to the users' dashboard wallets on a weekly basis.
Why didn't I receive any ATAO?
The most common problem is that the e-mail address, which you entered when you registered for the bounty, was not the same exact address, which you used when you signed up for Arbitao. Another reason for not receiving anything is simply that not enough time has elapsed yet. In almost all other cases the conditions for earning the reward were not met.
