Enables novel and disruptive TV streaming experiences for its global audience
Founder and CEO
Sky Douglas Conway is an award-winning Producer, Creator, Screenwriter, Author, Futurist, Attorney, and serial Entrepreneur. One of Sky’s many talents is his ability to produce high-quality, crowd-pleasing, science fiction at a fraction of the cost of Hollywood studios and networks. A visionary filmmaker, Sky conceived, produced, and co-wrote, the highly regarded, Star Trek: Of Gods and Men.
Star Trek: Of Gods And Men was the first independent feature-length Trek film, starring TV and film legends: Nichelle Nichols, Walter Koenig, Grace Lee Whitney, and Alan Ruck. Directed by Star Trek’s Tim Russ, the film was viewed online by millions of fans and featured in both The Wall Street Journal and Vanity Fair.
Vanity Fair labeled it one of the fifty most historic events involving the Star Trek franchise. Sky also conceived, co-wrote, and produced its acclaimed sequel, Renegades.
Renegades too, has been phenomenally well received by fans. Before he became a filmmaker, Sky had extensive experience in film and television merchandising. He’s overseen the manufacture and distribution of hundreds of products and collectibles for the industry’s most recognizable brands, including Star Wars and Star Trek.
In the early 1990’s, Sky was mentored by the legendary Gene Roddenberry. Encouraged by his friend, Sky became the first to produce original sci-fi content for the Internet, helping coin the term ‘webisode’ and proving it was possible to produce independent, high quality, content for the world-wide web.
Sky’s film productions have established a fan base of millions who eagerly anticipate each new release. He conceived, co-wrote, and produced the ambitious sequel to Renegades, The Requiem. The Requiem has completed principal photography and is currently in post-production. Sky also created, co-wrote, and produced the pilot for Cozmo’s, a ground-breaking sci-fi comedy series that will air next year.
Sky’s phenomenal film successes inspired him to launch the Atomic Network, a premium streaming video network catering to techies, Trekkies, geeks, and gamers. Atomic Network will provide a variety of original scripted series and features aimed at their core audience. Smart TV, made by fans for fans.

Actress, Writer, & Singer
Nichelle Nichols is a legendary actress, author, producer, singer, space activist, NASA Recruiter and spokesperson. She has a vibrant career in television and movies spanning six decades. In 1966, her ground-breaking role as Lt. Nyota Uhura on the original Star Trek TV series brought her an enduring, international fame.
The impact of Nichelle’s iconic portrayal of a strong, smart, and independent, African-American woman reverberated throughout the culture in the late 60’s and 70’s, motivating the Reverend Martin Luther King to praise Nichelle as a positive role model for young African-American women. Her role as Lt. Uhura was noteworthy for many reasons but especially for one breakthrough moment: the first interracial kiss ever shown on national television.
Prior to playing Lt. Uhura in Star Trek, Nichelle Nichols guested on Gene Roddenberry’s first series, The Lieutenant. Born in Robbins, Ill., near Chicago, Nichelle’s remarkable singing voice was discovered by Duke Ellington. On the West Coast, she appeared in “Roar of the Grease Paint, Smell of the Crowd,” “For My People,” gathering high praise for her performance in the James Baldwin play, “Blues for Mr. Charlie.” Following the original Star Trek television series, Nichelle appeared in the first six Star Trek movies. Along with other original Star Trek cast members, she attended the christening of the first space shuttle, Enterprise, at Cape Canaveral.
Since the ‘70s, she’s spent much of her time recruiting minorities for NASA. Several years ago, she toured in a one-woman play where she portrayed famous black female singers of the 20th century. She has also acted as spokesperson for her favorite charity, The Kwanzaa Foundation. Her biography, Beyond Uhura, was published in 1994.
Actor, Writer, & Producer
Walter Koenig is a superlative actor, director, screenwriter, novelist, acting professor, and comic book creator. Walter achieved an enduring global fame with his iconic portrayal of Ensign Pavel Chekov in the original Star Trek television series.
Walter continued to play Chekov in seven Star Trek feature films. In a 1997 poll of favorite television bad guys, Koenig was the top choice of 12,000 voters for his role as Bester on Babylon 5. In addition to acting, he’s written several films, I Wish I May, You’re Never Alone When You’re a Schizophrenic), one-act plays, and episodes of select TV shows: Star Trek: The Animated Series, Land Of The Lost, Family, and The Powers Of Mathew Star. He is the author of several books, including his autobiography, Warped Factors: A Neurotic’s Guide to the Universe, Chekov’s Enterprise (a journal kept during production of the first Star Trek movie.) and a science fiction novel, Buck Alice and the ActorRobot, re-released in 2006.
Walter made a celebrated return to his iconic role of Pavel Chekov in the groundbreaking independent film, Star Trek: Of Gods And Men, followed by Star Trek: Renegades and Renegades: The Requiem, now in post-production.
Koenig and his wife Judy Levitt live in Los Angeles.

They can then use those tokens for merchandise purchases, for micro-donations to directly support their favorite stars, or for influence over the priority and direction of shows.
Further, Atomic Network is more value and purpose-driven than the average network. Atomic's original, premium content, both scripted and non-fiction, will inspire millions with its optimistic portrayal of a freer and more abundant future.
