Semiconductor test device of AutoMax 3200 which was developed by Choi, is used in SAMSUNG. COMPASS System can be an important part of developing car IoT device for collecting car history data automatically.

Risks and disadvantages
The 1st vehicle system will be released in May 2019, which is quite a long time. Budget allocation is reasonable, but there is no detailed information about how these funds will be used.
This project has a reliable team. But there are quite a few things to improve: presentation of the product's advantages in the Whitepaper, the Whitepaper itself and the roadmap should be more elaborated, a demo version is needed and such an extended timetable should be revised. Even so I think this big and strong team will be able to make proper decisions in order to succeed.
Under the blockchain the authenticity and follow up of the lending service will be authentic and reliable giving a wider opportunity to those willing to get involved in the project to do it with minim risk.

Token hold function under smart contract for the investors has to be priotized because short of this the the project stands high chance of losing out on the investor trust.
Bloc vehicle will make those car holders to use them as assets and since a big population of the world uses cars the market base is huge.
Besides English, the website is available in Chinese, Korean and Japanese. It means that more attention has been paid to investors from Asia. There is also Light Paper, where basic platfrom features are outlined. The project has lots of team members and advisors. Founders are public people, as there are videos, where they promote the platform.
Risks and disadvantages
On the website nothing mentioned about partners. Thus, no working prototype is available. 30 % of tokens are reserved for the founding team and advisors. That index is too high, as token rate can be easily manipulated.
As a whole, the idea is good. However, the process of renting or buying a car is not the same in every state. It depends upon regulations. That could be a problem for BlocVehicle.
The supply of tokens is limited and no more tokens will be issued. Founding team will be banned to sale their tokens for two years.
Risks and disadvantages
The sale of tokens will be prohibited for two months after pre-ICO, but unfortunately this is a very short period of time and those who buy tokens at a discount 70% will be able to sell it in two weeks after ICO's end.
I think such a platform would be a very interesting opportunity for insurance companies, first of all they would be able to track all the important information about a vehicle and moreover they would be in touch with their target audience.
