Estimated profit of every container amounts to near 50 ETH/m (during current difficulty level) when ETH is 450$ it amounts to 22500$/m from a container. Ethereum and other crypto currency got by the industry mining will be partially reinvested to increase the quantity of containers to estimated and further dividend payments for the investors and participants in proportion to the percentage of tokens.

How can you buy token?

Token can be bought on the website https://combox.io in your account for ETH/BTC at the fixed price depending on the current carrying out of ICO. Then tokens of CBP will be traded on the Cryptocurrency Exchanges with net incomes.

What is the minimal amount of investment?

What is the uniqueness of your project?

Combox Technology company has developed a two-phase immersion cooling technology for the GPU. It is the two-phase and for low heated GPU. The uniqueness is that the GPU AMD or NVIDIA is placed in the Novec 3M liquid which is constantly working. There are no moving mechanisms such as coolers in MXM video cards. They are less affected by the environment. In addition, they operate continuously at the same temperature. The use of fluid heat sink allows the use of technology dispersal of graphics cards without the risk of damage. Due to our own technological solutions, we use a small amount of the Novec 3M liquid as the compositing and boards have been designed specifically for this project and it allows us to achieve monetary savings. The cost of consumption of container per month is $ 170/kWh * 4. * 24 hours * 30 days per month. = 489 600 rubles = $7896 = 17.5 ETH. Thus, a "rough" estimate of profitability can be made as follows: 50 – 17.5 = 32.5 ETH/month./container. If mining becomes unprofitable, there will be related industries where such capacity will be necessary for example to solve high-tech problems.

Now we are working on short production runs, R&D department and partners in series production of cards. Immersion cooling has been used for a long time and everywhere. Why is your solution better?

One-phase immersion cooling is used for a long time everywhere. Liquid or condenser oil is circulated and cooled. Two-phase systems use a phase change where heat is transferred to the coolant and reject from the system. First of all, it is cheaper with the proper designing. Secondly, it is not necessary to have bulky structures and expensive pumps. Thirdly, it allows to achieve effective heat rejection from the hottest elements of the system; GPU, RAM, PGU and etc. It significantly extends the service life of the electronics. We can also note liquid used in our solutions such as Novec 3M, fluor organics. It does not burn at all but it boils at a temperature of 61 degrees Celsius. Immersion oil used in single-phase systems burns very well and creates a risk of fire. In addition, the fire in the container with immersion oil means 100% loss of all equipment. When using 3M liquid, the maximum loss of equipment in case of fire will be no more than 5%. Besides us, other companies have also started to use two-phase immersion cooling but they put devices or units in the liquid. For example, they could be ASIC or usual motherboard with a GPU. This approach is irrational because it requires large amounts of the 3M Novec liquid and it is very expensive. We designed the board and achieved a very high density. Thus, a maximum of 5 liters of 3M Novec is required for cooling of 96 AMD rx470 graphics cards.

Can I buy a ready-made container?

Now, unfortunately, it is impossible. First, we fulfill our obligations to our investors. After it, we can start selling. You can sign up for whitelist for the first batch of open sales or buy a CBP token for the required amount of power for mining and parallel computing.

Do you compensate for the complex growth of crypto currency? In what way?

Yes, we do. Besides our own capacities, we launch an external multi currency pool with payment by PPNLS and low pool Commission which is 1%. It compensates for the growth of complexity due to the connection of external miners to different currencies of the pool.

Why do you need external investment less than the planned cost of the number of containers prescribed to the Soft/Hard cap, respectively?

We use the mechanisms of partial reinvestment of tokens obtained from mining and parallel computing by our containers (41% of the total). Thus, if the construction of 140 containers requires a minimum of 135 483 ETH it will be enough to encourage only 56 000 ETH when using reinvestment.

Why don't you trade in your containers on the free market?

Now it is profitable to mine due to it. Therefore, we want to use them. That is why we encourage foreign investment to extend our production and produce 147-240 mining containers in our own interests and the interests of our investors. After the production of containers, we are committed to open external sales and start delivery of our solutions to the free market in the B2B and B2G segments.

What will happen if Ethereum cross over to PoS?

We will rebuild the pool to a different currency which is similar to Ethereum. Now there are many crypto-coins which to generate revenue through mining on the GPU. For example, it might be coins used on the Equihash or Cryptonight algorithms. The advantage of using graphics cards in mining is that we can change the algorithms, the mined crypto-coins depending on their profitability quickly and without replacing the equipment (as in the case of ASIC).

Whу is two phased immersion cooling better than air one?

The first advantage is PuE. It means that the total power ratio consumed by the Solution to power consumed by the IT equipment involved in the processing and storage of information of this solution. The value of PuE for air cooling system is 1,45 rather than it is 1.05 for two phased immersion cooling. Thus, the cost effectiveness is higher for immersion cooling systems than for air-cooled systems. To make a conclusion, they are more economical and cheaper to operate. The second advantage is the complete absence of mechanical rotating elements in systems with immersion cooling. They do not have coolers and fans which air-cooled systems have. The coolers and fans are constantly spinning and regularly fail. In addition, they require repair works. In immersion systems, the equipment operates at a constant temperature of the same. The high temperature of electronics is 61 degrees Celsius in ComBox Solutions. There are not any overheating, dependence on the environment (summer – hot, winter – cold), damage as a consequence of the above. It should be mentioned that the repair of coolers and any other failure it is a dead time. In addition, a dead time is a lack of process mining. Thus, when replacing or cleaning the coolers, the expenses include both the cost of components, the lost profit from mining for the period of maintenance.

Do you have a working solution with two-phase immersion cooling?

Yes, we do. It is our difference from many companies. We have experience in the development and operation of air-cooled ComBox A-480 containers. We know all the numerous disadvantages of air cooling. Due to the results of their analysis, we have developed a technological solution with two-phase immersion cooling. Then, we have released a prototype, tested and optimized the solution and processes, then we developed and produced the commutative sections of the ComBox I-96. These sections consist of 16 IC-6 ComBox boards and are immersed in a 3M liquid boiler. Now we have tested such a section and assemble a container with 960 cards inside.
