    Rating of project

The project is trying to build a public cooperative venture partnership that will help new ideas and technologies grow through the common knowledge of the Global Digital Community. Thanks to ethical approaches, Blockсhain technology and the power and diversity of the D-Central Community, the team will destroy traditional venture capitalism, demonstrating its biggest minuses.
D-Central Capital uses a new and innovative approach to venture financing, which puts the digital community at the core of what it does. The tokenized project fund will decentralize and redistribute profits for small investors and those with skills and knowledge in the digital community. Investment funds will be attracted through the sale of JST1 tokens, and then provide investors with a return to unprecedented liquidity and timing.

    Risks and disadvantages

In theory, the objectives of the project look good and tempting, but in practice I am sure that the team will face great difficulties. First of all, the project's token should be sold well and in addition the team should ensure its stability, which is practically impossible at the moment. And we can not predict the profit that the project can give in future.

It is difficult to say whether this project will be successful, as the tasks that the team sets itself are rather complex and it is unlikely that a decentralized project will be able to cope with such problems. In addition, decentralization has shown itself to be bad, especially with regard to the concentration of investments for sharing.

    Denys Serhiichuk June 08, 2018
    Rating of project

Team looks as experienced one. Moreover, the project has partners, which is also an advantage. Whitepaper is detailed enough, consisting of informative tables and graphs. People can invest in the following ICO with different assets ( Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin and also ''fiat'' currencies). That gives investors a range of options.

    Risks and disadvantages

There is no working product yet and it is difficult to get the overall idea of the platform. The project lacks of steps of development in the Roadmap.

The idea of venture company is great. However, there is no regulatory base for it yet. Financial institutions will not such platform operate without any regulations.

    Jordan Semanda June 06, 2018
    Rating of project

A number of investors will be attracted to the project due to the bonuses being given and this will increase the users on the platform making the token have more value. Investors can have short term investment in this particular project.

    Risks and disadvantages

Small investors might benefit at the expense of the large investors which might raise inequalities in profit distribution.

More startups are likely to benefit from the this capital venture and this could be a factor that will make it get attention from the investors so it has to be utilized and taken advantage of.

    William Anderson June 05, 2018
    Rating of project

A variety of cryptocurrencies are accepted o this platform therefore the JST1 token will have distributed value making it more competitive in terms of its value. The crowdsale is wide and this will raise the targeted hard cap for the project.

    Risks and disadvantages

Its important for the project to have token hold function for a specified period of time because this keeps the members of the project linked to the project.

There are high chances that the project will succeed because the team has taken into consideration the key indicators of prosperity.
