    Advantages

The project, named DREAM helps to solve key problems faced by entrepreneurs and start-ups. For example, finding teams, approving ideas and attracting funding.
The project teaches specialists to interact with clients, and also acquaints with the results and successes of past projects. DREAM uses AI to check ideas, solve problems and build a whole structure.
Blockchain's protocols and platforms are supported by significant investments. This new infrastructure is laying the basis for new business models, partnerships and data ownership.

    Risks and disadvantages

It is an interesting and promising project, which aims to train specialists, improve the business models and adopt new ideas. I cant find any minuses in the project and if the team will follow its road map, then I’m sure wouldn’t be any problem whith the development of it.

    Comments

I am sure that this project will be successful enough and will bring a great profit for its investors. There are a lot of innovative solutions in this project, and low competition in this segment of the market will allow the project to attract a large number of users and quickly recoup the investors' money.

    Advantages

There are vesting contracts for tokens allocated to the founders, core team members and advisers. The Dream will provide assistance to startups, new founders and new teams will have really useful information, which will help them to succeed.

    Risks and disadvantages

A detailed explanation of business model would be useful, as well as detailed information about marketing campaign.

    Comments

Dream will target 3 huge markets: blockchain, startup and freelance and I think there is enough space for a new player now, but time is limited.

    Rating of project

    Advantages

Experienced team and availability of advisors. That is a big plus for the project. Whitepaper is detailed enough, containing 46 pages with tables and graphics. There is already working product, where users can check the functionality of the project.

    Risks and disadvantages

The project has no partners, at least they are not mentioned on the website. I wish marketing side would be more active. There are not so many social networks.

    Comments

The idea of connecting freelancers and Blockchain is not new. There are many competitors in that field. Bitjob is the vivid example of such platform.

    Advantages

For the investors this can be a short term investment because of the bonuses being given out, once the token is put on the exchange the investors can trade their tokens.

    Risks and disadvantages

The business module is only focussing on one criteria and this limits its market as well as limit the chances of profitability and prosperity.

    Comments

It's not a guarantee for the projects to prosper and therefore prosperity is on probability, so the team must ensure this by meeting all the requirements to make it sail smoothly to the top.

    Advantages

The Whitepaper is easy to read, it has examples, which is very convenient for investors. The team informs us that they already have a successful experience of managing a startup and they will follow this successful approach.

    Risks and disadvantages

Another team's project Moneo.io was rebranded as DREAM Talent. But I'm not sure that it is a good solution to rebrand a successful product in the beginning instead of developing two projects: Moneo (which already has its users) and Dream.

    Comments

The team has a useful experience and they have their own approach and they know how to avoid some of the mistakes. And I think it would be useful to know more about Moneo, it may be important for investors.

    Rating of project
    3.0

    Advantages

It is powered by AI which is highly reliable in terms of executing the tasks its programed for. The portion of the crowd sales will enable the project come up with the desired hard cap.The dream builder guides the client decision process and acts as a personal project manager which makes decision making a whole lot easier.

    Risks and disadvantages

The founders have a small portion of the tokens which is not a good sign to show commitment towards the startup because the investors can decide to liquidate their tokens and abandon the project hence making the investors incur losses. The market already has competitors in this field and getting a highly beneficial market share will be problematic. The reserve tokens are little and will not be able to fill the financial gap when it is needed.

    Comments

The project would be very competitive but the length in between task execution as seen in the road map will bring problems of convincing the investors about the profitability of the initiative.
