    Advantages

    The goal of the project is to provide cheaper services in real estate and e-commerce by planning and smart implementation. The strategy lies in the fact that using blockchain technology can bring profit to the client; diversified operations allow the introduction of different methods that would benefit in the future because of their diversity. Company's priority is to benefit customers because they are the catalyst for growth in the service sector. The team has developed non-traditional and innovative ways of providing such services to make this possible.

    Risks and disadvantages

    Blockchain technology allows you to conduct transactions directly, removing mediators and thereby reducing the cost of all operations. But so far, such kind of solutions doesn't bring good results for all business sectors- the real estate sector is one of it. It still works with the old schemes and it almost doesn't move to new innovative technologies.

    I think that this project wouldn't succeed because of the conservatism of the real estate sector, the ambiguity of the European laws regarding the utilization of cryptocurrencies as a way of calculating between users, and because the scheme of the project isn't well-conceived.

    Advantages

    The website is well designed, video presentation makes a good first impression. Support team will be available 24/7.

    Risks and disadvantages

    I would like to see more information about e-commerce project. Investors should know what products are planned for sale and what manufacturers will provide those products. There is almost no information about educational project.

    Educational project and e-commerce project are presented in a poor way. It looks like the team is more committed to real estate business. Probably they should focus on developing this part...

    Advantages

    Roadmap is informative. It has many steps of project development. Only 5 % of all tokens are reserved for the team. It means that it would be difficult to manipulate the price of the token, when it enters the market.

    Risks and disadvantages

    Whitepaper is not detailed enough as it consists only of 15 pages and the overall idea of the platform is not clearly outlined. I could not find information about the team, advisors and partner.

    The whole idea is not new. There are lots of other platforms, which already have some working product, like Real or Adhive. For now, I would not recommend people to invest in this ICO, as there are only words from the company, no actions so far.

    Advantages

    The maximum discount offered during Pre-ICO will be 10%, so there will be no room for speculations after ICO ends. We can read in the Whitepaper that presumptive analysis is already done, there is information about most tourist-frequented countries and most profitable real estate property

    Risks and disadvantages

    The Whitepaper is not informative.

    I think the team should introduce themselves and to present a detailed business plan. It would provide much more security to investors and probably they would find it reasonable to support this project.

    Advantages

    Real Estate market will always be in high demand. EthMark has all the channels to get their messages out. Discount and Bonuses for investors. Well-planned website.

    Risks and disadvantages

    No a little trace of Team. Who is behind the project? No a single advisor mentioned. The White Paper is not that comprehensive, it lacks information and explanation of strategies. No Token allocation. Inactive social community platforms.

    Well, I would even consider this project to be a scam since lots of information is missing. There is obviously the need for much work on the ICO part.
