    Advantages

    The partnership reserve fund will be created to facilitate the establishment of strategic partnerships. The Whitepaper contains market penetration assumption, I think this is useful information.

    Risks and disadvantages

    Additional amount of tokens will be released after the end of ico. Those tokens will only be used in exchange of the value within the platform, still, I think it may influence the demand for tokens.

    Comments

    The majority of people use Internet to guide them in their consumption choices. Creating a social media platform of this kind is a good idea, at the same time this sphere is occupied by several successful companies. So this idea is difficult to execute.

    Advantages

    The website is available in several languages, which a plus for the project. Whitepaper has several types: long and short one and also translated into other languages. During pre-ICO and ICO people can choose from the variety of payment options. They can use Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin and other assets.

    Risks and disadvantages

    Roadmap has limited periods of platform development. The platform definitely needs more. Another drawback is no information about partners. Distribution of tokens is not performed in the best way. It has only fields, where tokens will be spent for.

    Social network on Blockchain is something new. However, there are lots of competitors in this field. I doubt if Flipnpik will be the next Facebook. Moreover, the team has not managed to create any alpha or demo version. As a result, it is difficult to understand how it functions.

    Advantages

    Tokens sold at private sale will be subject to a blocking period, which will give security to other ico-participants. Proper budget allocation is another advantage of the project. The basic services of the platform will be free for users and merchants.

    Risks and disadvantages

    I wish for the roadmap to be as elaborated as other parts of the whitepaper.
