How many qiibee tokens (QBX) will be sold in the TGE?

In total 51% of all QBX will be distributed in the TGE. 18.8% QBX were already sold in the seed round.

What are the soft and hard cap of the qiibee Token Sale?

With USD 3.25m achieved during the Seed Round the soft cap has already been reached. The hard cap for the remaining Token Sale is USD 9m.

What happens if qiibee receives more than the USD 1m Crowd Sale hard cap?

The smart contract used in the Crowd Sale will automatically close at USD 1m.

Who can participate in the qiibee Private and Crowd Sale?

Everyone passing the KYC & AML process is able to participate in the qiibee Token Sale. Citizens and/or residents of restricted countries are not allowed to purchase QBX during the TGE.

What can I do with the qiibee token?

Brands can use the QBX to create and distribute their own loyalty token. Customers can collect, exchange and redeem these loyalty tokens inside the qiibee ecosystem or convert them to QBX to exchange for crypto and FIAT.

When will QBX be listed on exchanges?

It is our goal that QBX will be listed on several exchanges after the Crowd Sale.

Why do I need an ERC20 compatible receiver wallet address?

QBX is a ERC20 token. In order to receive the QBX, every contributor needs an ERC20 compatible wallet address. This address can not be an exchange wallet! Otherwise the QBX will the be lost and not useable by the contributor. We recommend to create a myetherwallet.

What happens to the remaining 49% of all QBX?

30% Ecosystem: qiibee ecosystem, community, loyalty programs. 14% Team & early supporters: Includes current and future advisors as well as existing and future team members. 5% Bounty & partners: Used to build a strong community and compensate partners for their effort, research, network, trust and exposure.

What happens if not all QBX will be sold?

The generated brand traction is overwhelming. If not all allocated QBX for the Private and Crowd Sale can be sold, these QBX will be transferred to the Brand Sale pot and used to onboard brands in the near future.

What is qiibee all about?

The qiibee Protocol enables businesses to issue real valued loyalty tokens that can be combined and traded. Reward and redemption transactions are stored on the blockchain and remove the central data authority. Thereby we connect the highly fragmented loyalty market and increase its efficiency.

How does qiibee benefit customers?

All loyalty tokens earned from the programs and applications in the qiibee ecosystem are stored in the qiibee wallet. In doing this, the wallet gives a complete overview and management of all loyalty tokens earned. It also enables customers to transfer these tokens to friends and family. Since all loyalty tokens are backed up by QBX, you can exchange them for one another within the qiibee wallet itself. This means that all loyalty programs and applications in the qiibee ecosystem are 100 percent compatible, giving customers full freedom of choice.

qiibee has received a large amount of attention from brands in Europe and in Asia, who are interested in running their existing or new loyalty programs on the blockchain. Meanwhile we already have 8 new confirmed token launches on qiibee, we expect to onboard 33 new brands until the end of 2018.

On our off-chain application, qiibee has partnered with over 900 brands, including Burger King, Hello Fresh as well as the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB). Since moving loyalty to the blockchain, we’ve already launched two brand roll outs. First, we’ve teamed up with coffee brand Lattesso and reach 2 million customers throughout Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the Benelux, and Russia, who will be rewarded with cryptocurrencies. Secondly has Sausalitos, Germany’s leading cocktail bar and restaurant chain with more than 40 locations, built a whole loyalty program, decentralized app and POS integration on qiibee.
