    Advantages

    The project is a community that helps its members participate in fractional property ownership without high fees, loans, etc. The average person can never be a homeowner or an investor in real estate because of strict pre-requisites from creditors. A big part of the market is thus inaccessible to the majority of people. Habibi Coin seeks to create equal opportunities for all those involved in the purchase of real estate. When a buyer of Habibi Coin buys tokens, they create a structure in which the funds are distributed over several different real estate transactions. This creates a higher level of diversification on domestic and international lines, giving the owner of the token more opportunity instead of buying one property and concentrating its funds in one investment that is under huge risk.

    Risks and disadvantages

    The project is interesting theoretically, but in practice this approach will not work. In addition, the idea of dividing up contributions is far from new and has not proved itself in practice. Also, the creation of a personal token, only complicates the situation by adding to the problem of small installments for the purchase of real estate one more problem - an illegal payment system for cryptocurrency.

    I am sure that this project will not be able to win a wide audience and gain widespread acceptance of users. The scheme of splitting contributions when buying a property does not work well and in addition the property itself brings a relatively low income compared to the rest of the crypto-currency sector.

    A short time period for executing the road map shows the profitability of the project because it will be able to deliver in time as promised. A sizable tokenshare is held by the team and this shows their commitment towards success and making the project profitable.

    Risks and disadvantages

    The budget has not been allocated in a way that favours the projects growth. a team of advisers is necessary to the project fo it to provide guidance short of that the team will face serious setbacks.

    Team of the project is experienced one, based on their social networks. Thus, there are also advisors. Analyzing crowdsale details, there is data about soft cap and hard cap, which is an advantage.

    Risks and disadvantages

    Roadmap has only few steps of platform development. I wish it could be more precise. Such kind of project should have partners, as least any. However, I did not see them on the website. In addition, marketing is poor, as Habibi coin does not have so many social networks.

    The idea is not new, and there are lots of competitors on the market. For example, Propy and Real are dealing with real estate as well. Thus they have already working product, while Habibi coin does not.

    Different currencies have been accepted so the project has advantage over the other ICO projects accepting one digital currency. this will see a number of investors flocking the pre ICO. Real estate is a highly profitable venture and on the block chain it's too be made more profitable as middlemen and exuberant additional prices are cutout
