Good idea to make investors equal and give a chance to small ones to invest and earn some money, idea overall is not bad. Crowdsale tokens are in big procent so that is one promissing thing also. Whitepaper looks totaly great and legit and team is not bad at all!

    Risks and disadvantages

Website is very low quality and has no video information which could make easier investors to decide eather to invest or not.

Overall not bad project but do ur research before investing.

When will I be able to use the Investx platform to invest in businesses?

We plan for the platform to be ready and listing the first businesses in May 2019. Note that the secondary market will not be available at this time. The intention is to launch the secondary market once Investx has become authorised and regulated by the FCA.

Does INX token ownership give me a share of the businesses listed on the platform?

No, the INX token is a payment token, used to purchase shares in businesses listed on the platform. Just purchasing or holding INX tokens does not give any returns based on the results of the businesses funded through the platform nor does it offer a share in any profits of Investx Ltd.

Can you tell me the names of some businesses who will be listed on the platform?

Ahead of the platform launch we will have engaged the first businesses to be listed, and prior to launch we will announce these businesses listings via our website, emails and social media.

Where do I get INX tokens from, to be able to invest through the platform?

The first availability of INX tokens will be via participating in the ICO. After the ICO, investors will be able to purchase INX tokens from the Investx platform and from any cryptocurrency exchanges who list the INX token. You will also be able to invest with other fiat/non-fiat currencies though in doing so you won’t benefit from the increased value INX delivers.

Will the ICO proceeds be used to invest into SMEs?

At our target raise of £25M, 35% of funds raised will pay for platform development, legal costs and the infrastructure required to deliver the project. The other 65% is set aside in GBP until holders invest their tokens in businesses listing on the platform, whereby we are able to act as a market maker and exchange those tokens for GBP to pay over to businesses that raise funds through the Investx platform, avoiding fx costs and any reliance on liquidity.

Will you pay funds raised by businesses listed on the platform in INX tokens?

We will pay out funds to businesses in either INX or fiat currency, whichever they prefer. It is expected that most will wish to receive fiat currency.

When will INX token transfers be allowed?

INX token transfers will be allowed as soon as the ICO is complete.

What exchanges will INX tokens be available to purchase from post-ICO?

We will announce exchange listings as they are agreed, via the Investx website, email and social media.

What is the Know Your Customer process?

We verify participators before they can purchase INX via a trusted third party KYC provider. Checks include identity and location verification, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), sanctions lists and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) lists checks. For larger purchases source of wealth checks will also be processed.

Who are the web developers in your team section?

Equal Experts who are a leading agile consultancy are working in close partnership with Investx to provide the technical leadership and development teams required to develop the platform. Equal Experts will provide the full range of roles from UX and visual design through to analysis, application and infrastructure development, QA and delivery leadership.

Why don’t your founders have more tokens allocated to them like other ICOs?

Founders all have a share of ownership in Investx to ensure their motivation is aligned with long-term company success, not just short-term token value. Because of the value floor in the token design, the lower founders’ allocation of tokens is still sufficient to ensure they too are motivated by token price increase.
