Antoine Herzog is an accomplished international entrepreneur, blockchain enthusiast and open source contributor. Antoine is the inventor of a Bluetooth patent that was acquired by Mobiluck, the first mobile dating application in 2003. Antoine is also the creator of Cercle.co, an open source CRM dedicated to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Over the past 10 years, he developed a number of digital projects, many successful applications and software. Antoine has developed the financial payroll system of the French embassy around the world in use today. Antoine previously ran a company called Pixicause, that helped nonprofit organizations to raise awareness and contributions.

The project represents a platform and a wallet, which will be the first wallet for the implementation of the blockchain or BCP communication protocol. It's able to send, receive and exchange any cryptocurrencies from one address. The goal of the project is to eliminate three main today's blockchain problems when it comes to sending, receiving and exchanging tokens. What highlights this project among others:
- ease for a user with an IOV wallet and for value names attribution;
- security for the user with a usage of the Atomic Cross Swap function of the IOV wallet;
- ease for blockchain entrepreneurs, which provides an opportunity to link their new blockchain to the ecosystem thanks to a system of project names and deployment tools.
Risks and disadvantages
This project uses many ideas that other projects try to solve and in this case, it's quite a big shortcoming but the team applies a lot of decisions that in conjunction can help to implement cryptocurrency payment instruments in real life by simplifying wallets addresses and creating transitions between different blockchains to make instant transitions between different cryptocurrencies possible.
Now it's difficult to say would this project be successful, but we can say now that many of the solutions which implemented in the project are quite relevant and necessary for the market and under certain circumstances, it can help the project to gain mass recognition and high popularity.

The first beta version release was planned for Q2 2018, but I can't find information about how successsful it was.
We can see on the news feed that the project evolves, the team was rewarded during the event, which took place in Paris on May 24th.
The platform will be convenient for users, it will provide a possibility to register human readable addresses, which will allow to eliminate errors like sending currency to a wrong address. Transaction fees will always be paid with IOV, which will create constant demand for tokens.
Risks and disadvantages
As for now activity on social media is quite low.
The level of competition is high in this sphere. It will not be an easy choice for investors, who are committed to this idea. I think the team should use most common ways to present their vision, such as social media, publications in press, as well to find other ways for creating like-minded community.
The cost of the IOV token is affordable and the incentives to be given to the members of the community will bring in long term investment investors.

The population on the currently used social media platforms is low and the needed awareness might not be reached by the small number of people currently involved. Token locking hasn't been considered.

Because the blockchain technology is somewhat new, there are still some crucial limitations when it comes to its expansion. There is no global standard in the way each blockchain is created and this creates a problem when it comes to interoperability. That is why a set of specifications to be implemented by all blockchains can be very helpful.
