    Founder and Chief Innovation Officer

The Group is particularly keen to assist immigrants to accelerate economic growth in Africa, Asia and other developing continents by facilitating land transactions whilst in diaspora. We are working towards creating easily accessible and transferable leverage land products as well as creating and maintaining an instant liquidation market for all products purchased by the clients in diaspora. We estimate the land marketplace capitalisation for the global migrant community to be more than USD 250 billion per year. The potential to permanently solve land acquisition problems to the diaspora client is almost guaranteed by incorporating blockchain technology to our systems. It is exciting to work with experts around the world to deliver a platform supported by Ethereum, creating trust in a seemingly trustless land marketplace.

    man Phyllis Tole

    Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer

As a Real Estate Blockchain Activist for the developing world, I promote the use of blockchain to represent informal land ownership data and hence resurrect dead capital. We are busy creating a trustless platform that is enabling land sellers and buyers to interact seamlessly without the fear of losing their investment. Our system enjoys immutability of data hence brings to an end the corrupt practises associated with the ability to compromise central records. Our consensus protocols employ the use of cleverly crafted mechanisms that ensure land corruption is completed solved through the participation of the community.

    man Lucy Muthoni

    Chief Quantitative Analyst

I have a PhD in Mathematics (Mathematical Finance) with a strong background in Actuarial Science and risk management. I have used Mathematics to solve a myriad of multisectoral problems. For instance, I have been working with the Kenyan Commission for Revenue Allocation (CRA) since 2016 in the construction of indices used in the revenue sharing formula used by the Kenyan National Government to share revenue among the 47 County Governments. I have also modelled and advised on cryptocurrency-related issues, by calculating ICO offer price of tokens and supply models. Also, my student and I came up with a mortgage-backed-security model which uses dynamic programming for optimal costing, to be used to facilitate affordable housing in Kenya. I am also good at risk-profile-modelling for vetting prospective insurance clients and loan applicants. These are just a few projects I have undertaken.
I have worked with government agencies like the Capital Market Authority (CMA), National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF), Commission for Revenue Allocation (CRA) and consulted on the construction of Namibia’s yield curve by the Bank of Namibia. Regarding training, I have more than 13 years’ experience in teaching at different levels and have assisted in developing curricula content for three Masters Degree programmes in mathematical sciences and several undergraduate degrees. I have also been involved in teaching programmes outside Kenya. I have also worked in Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) where I developed novel ideas which improved quality of service to stakeholders and increased revenues for the organisations I worked with. I am a very passionate person. I give my all regarding energy, creativity, and research when it comes to accomplishing tasks.

    Advantages

Bonus tokens received as a reward for participating in presale event will be subjected to a restriction schedule, which will help to support liquidity of tokens and stability of its price. The startup holds live events on Facebook every Friday, which is a sound way to support community development.

    Risks and disadvantages

Creating a light paper would be a good solution, because the white paper is good, but it is more convenient to have the essential information handy.

    Comments

I suggest this way or another governing the land sector (and probably real estate sector and some others) will be transformed in the future. I think governments will also see the benefits blockchain can bring into our lives, at least they will not be able to ignore it. So there will be cooperation. Maybe governments will also launch some kind of projects. The team should follow their vision and I think they will meet people who support the development of the startup.

    Sofia Medda August 26, 2018
    Rating of project
    3.2

    Advantages

According to the Today Focus' review the project is the first of its kind in Africa. There are dozens of thousands of followers and hundreds of active users on social networks. Only token holders will have access to the platform, which is supposed to drive the demand.

    Risks and disadvantages

The final goal is challenging and in this particulary case I would recommend to revise the roadmap. I think it should also contain a plan of development parnerships.

    Comments

The advantages are obvious: no need for middlemen, security, transparency (and this is a way to reduce corruption), timeconsuming paperwork will be eliminated. Still execution will not be easy, because sometimes those who do paperwork wish to continue to do it.

    Jordan Semanda August 26, 2018
    Rating of project
    3.3

    Advantages

The team has made an effort to show its relevance through the various video content that has been shared above, it will offer the investors greater deep knowledge of its functionalities and also entice investors. The team has gone ahead to get involved in the sensitization of masses about how the project works through tutorials on their social media platforms which will contribute t the growth of its community.

    Risks and disadvantages

The bounty program hasn't been taken into consideration and this will cost the project awareness of its existence by the people on the world wide web. It should also be noted that the internet in particular social media is very influential and reliable as means of advertisement.

    Comments

The levels of organization shown on the platform are remarkable and i give credit to the team for that. Offering of financial services can sometimes be tricky especially where a team has no prior experience but in the case of this project and the harambe token it will be possible for it manover now that even the KYC protocol has been emphasized by the proprietors.

    Denys Serhiichuk August 12, 2018
    Rating of project
    3.0

    Advantages

Team consists of experienced members, advisors and partners. Thus, team members are classified according to the region.Roadmap contains precise information about steps of platform development. Furthemore, people can invest not just only with Ethereum, but with Bitcoin and other ways of payment.

    Risks and disadvantages

23.75% of tokens are for the team reserve. So, token price can be influenced by the founders, when it enters the market. Thus, there is no working product, which is also a drawback.

    Comments

I doubt whether this project succeeds, as land purchase requires lots of bureaucratic work. It won't be so easy to connect it with blockchain, due to different law in countries.
