    Rating of project

The project has been developed for a significantly long period of time and this gives it a solid stand and possible dynamics to offer the best of services according to its speciality. The market prospects are wide and this brings about distributivity which basically widens the the market base.

    Risks and disadvantages

No video content has been associated with the projets outlay this is not a good sign in various perspectives for example it can be assumed that this project is a scum and it also make the project stay behind market competition. At the look of things mapcoin doesn't seem ready for the competitive market.

Before moving any further the irregularity associated with platform have to be ironed out so as its motives are accomplished fully.

    Jordan Semanda August 26, 2018
    Rating of project

This platform will encourage people to be mindful of their personal data and aso to exchange it on the platform for the purpose of earning money . Navigation by new people to new places will be made easy since there is an open source for sourcing for information regarding locations on a wide scale.

    Risks and disadvantages

This will increase on the data theft on the internet for those great individuals that are willing to do anything to earn from doing so. Standing service providers for example google maps and others basing on different locations might be more relevant because they have a comfortable sport in the lead of the market which means that allot will be required to compete against them especially creation of awareness.

Success will entirely depend on probability and the probability that this project will make it through the tunnel to the other side so inconclusive but nevertheless possible.

    Anne Bryn August 25, 2018
    Rating of project

The core team has been developed navigation products since 2006, they collaborated with mapping providers. Now they have partnerships with several companies in the mapping industry.

    Risks and disadvantages

The startup has no marketing plan. There is some information about a reward pool, so I can suggest there is some plan of promotion. But I think investors would wish to see it.

Earning MAP tokens for driving whilst using MapCoin sounds interesting, but not realistic enough. Probably it will be the reality in the future, when our cars become autonomous and there will be a real need to create a new kind of maps containing all the information which an autonomous vehicle would need.

    Sofia Medda August 23, 2018
    Rating of project

MAP token emission is impossible after the end of ICO, which is good for the ecosystem, no inflation will be there. The team is experienced, they work for several years in the industry.

    Risks and disadvantages

50 % of the total number of tokens is allocated to the Community Reward Pool, so there should be a detailed information about using this fund and a lock-up period for this fund. I also think the team should present their plan of the community growth within a certain timeframe, for example how many users they plan to have in a year.

A good idea is offered. As far as I can see the development was started and we'll see a working product till the end of the year. Token economy isn't described in detail, there should be more information about token's utility and about what will drive the token's value to grow.

    Denys Serhiichuk August 11, 2018
    Rating of project

The main document - Whitepaper is detailed enough with tables and graphs. Moreover, there are bonuses for early investors.

    Risks and disadvantages

21 % of all tokens are reserved for the team members and advisors. That share is high, as they can influence token rate on the market. Thus, there is no information about partners. Moreover, nothing mentioned about the prototype, which is a drawback. Roadmap has precise data about platform development. However, it would be better, if some dates were also mentioned.

Overall, the idea looks vague. I am not sure whether the project becomes a successful one. It would be difficult to compete with such apps, as Google Maps or Yandex.
