20 years of experience as a lecturer, team leader, co-owner of three start-ups, project manager, CEO and technology broker. He has always been associated with the IT industry, which he further explored by managing and creating the production of websites and mobile applications. He carried out projects in the area of IT infrastructure. He shaped leaders’ qualities during his 15-year academic journey, finishing as a doctor of mathematics and educating over 1000 students. As the project originator Mr. Szyperski is uniquely qualified to bring MatchDiary to the fan base. He holds a master’s degree in computer science and is a Certified Project Manager (ITL V3, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner, Scrum Product Owner, PMBOK) as well as the CEO of a company creating mobile applications for the iOS/Android platform. Marek also has a love of Football from an early age and is an avid fan and player. He also enjoys travel and operating his UAVO (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operator). Marek is an experienced IT innovator having successfully launched several dozen projects for the biggest companies in Poland
CRO – Chief Research Officer
25 years of experience in top management of the largest international financial institutions in the world. He has cooperated with extensive direct sales structures (Generali Group, Ergo Hestia). He is a great speaker specialising in interpersonal communication. His experience will be used in promoting and presenting the MatchDiary brand to a wide range of fans, investors, marketers, users and others.

Mr Pasieka has experience in managing investments
funds and has actively participated in investments worth a total of $70 million. His experience includes international marketing and sales projects and supporting the management board of a publicly traded company dealing with modern technologies in the production industry. Mr Rabenda is President of ByCode LTD a software development company. IT product owner at Coinfirm LTD and graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Faculty of Applied Computer Science. Marcin is a blockchain specialist, crypto-miner, trader, and an active participant of the cryptocurrencies world since 2013. Mr. Rabenda is also responsible for MatchDiary’s functional model and platform, selection of technological solutions and the digital security of the project.
Maciej Iwański is an accomplished former professional football player who played 281 games in the Polish Premiere League and scored 52 goals. During his career he won the Championship, 2 Super Cups, the Polish Cup and was part of the National Team. Today Maciej runs a managerial agency focusing on finding new talent for the “football world”. His patience and extreme optimism helped him to distinguish himself from the crowd and ensure a successful career. His expertise and experience will add a tremendous value to our MatchDiery project.

Team's tokens will be frozen for a year, which is a proof of team's committment to the project. Team members have multifaceted knowledge in business development, marketing, economics, blockchain, computer science.
Risks and disadvantages
There is no alpha version of the product. I suppose the idea is not easy to develop.
There are competitors in this field. I think the team already has to start working with their target audience and to develop their relationships with potential partners.
The website is available in 2 languages.It is predicted that more are about to be added soon. Besides usual Whitepaper, there is a Light One, where customers can get brief platform introduction. Bonuses are another advantage. People can buy more tokens, if they invest at the early stage of pre-ICO or ICO.
Risks and disadvantages
In the video it is mentioned that application is already available on IOS and Android. However, there is no information about it on the website. Roadmap is another concern. It is described in quarters. It would be better if it was in dates. Thus, there is a lack of partners.
In general, I do not see how the platform should look like. And to my mind, there is no need in blockchain implementation. I would not recommend to participate in this ICO till any working product releases.
Over 550000 USD has been invested in the startup. Remaining tokens will be distributed among ICO-contributors proportionally to their deposits in form of a bonus.
Risks and disadvantages
I think offering bonuses over 50% is most likely a disadvantage of the project, because once MDR token is available on the exchanges there is a risk that its price will decrease.
Probably the team should focus on marketing and establishing partnerships. I hope they already have alpha version of the product, as it is mentioned that alpha version is available for a limited group of testers.
