The Namahe project creates a supply chain platform for ensuring transparent routine of business. The platform can be used by companies to ensure full transparency in supply chains, reducing audit costs and reducing the risk of negative advertising. Namahe Marketplace it is the platform, that serves as the foundation for the Namahe market where you can use the profile, experience and history of the employee / provider and where small and medium retailers, suppliers and employees can trade together in the Namahe ecosystem. Namahe will support the values of ethical conduct of business in company management systems, and will also unite with companies, industry associations, NGOs, trade unions and government agencies
Risks and disadvantages
The project has a good idea that will bring the business to a new level, but the difficulty lies in the fact that the transition to a new system will be extremely slow and will last for several years, and many companies will continue to work under the old schemes. Therefore, such a project will pay off for a long time.
I believe that this project will succeed, but it will happen in the very long term. Therefore, investors who venture to invest in this project will wait for the return of their funds for a long time, so they should think very carefully about their decision.
The video presentation is succinct and informative and this is convenient for investors. Since addressable market is huge, the project has a considerable potential for growth.
Risks and disadvantages
Team's and adviser's tokens will be locked in a smart contract with a 12
month vesting period, but realization of the project takes a much longer time. I think it doesn't provide security to investors.
Competition is very intense and some other startup may offer similar solutions backed up by a real interest from clients.
The product may be attractive for fashion brands because of provided solutions, which will show full transparency of the supply chain. Discounts are offered during ICO and Pre-ICO, which will be interesting for investors.
Risks and disadvantages
This project is quite difficult to realize and I think more detailed roadmap is needed.
It is not clear how exactly the team supposes to realize their plans. The Whitepaper only explains that there is a possibility for the product to be interesting to potential market. But investors would like to see how it will be promoted, to know that agreements with retailers and manufacturers are planned to be made. I think this part will be the most difficult and a team doesn`t have a reliable plan.
This is a good investment project because the tea has shown serious commitment by holding a big share of the tokens so in this way they will have to put in the work in ider to protect their investment.
Risks and disadvantages
A limit has been created by the project towards the potential investors and the value of the projects token by allowing only ethereum cryptocurrency. Delays in road map execution will bring about outflow of interested investors.
Quick implementation is key in prosperity of projects because most investors are interested in profiting from the ventures and a delay will make them sell their tokens on the exchange.
In the token distribution a reserve has been catered for which will enable the project to have a strong financial base. The team has experienced personnel in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
Risks and disadvantages
Delays in implementation of the road map activities brings about a set back in the progress and is an indicator of time wastage and more so incompetence of the team. There isn't a bounty program which is a key strategy for marketing.
Social media marketing is very dominant in the current market and it should be emphasized by the could be prosperous projects.
The White paper provides a convincing explanation for why the cryptocurrency should be created, and how it will incentivize people to participate. Neat and clear Website. The Team has relevant experience. Powered line up of advisors. There is also an Executive Summary document to get a better overview. KYC. Reasonable token distribution.
Risks and disadvantages
Social platforms' numbers are not remarkable which highlights the need for more work on the ICOs part. Only 15% of Fund Distribution adds up to Marketing. Stiff competition.
The project's idea is great. If successful, the potential for the project can be huge.
What is the hard cap of the ICO?
The hard cap for our crowdsale is USD 30 million.
What is the minimum contribution in the ICO?
0.25 ETH is a minimum contribution, but you should consider what is the right amount to contribute, as you need to also factor in the cost of the transaction itself.
What is the maximum contribution per person in the ICO?
The maximum personal contribution will be limited to 200 ETH, and that includes presale.
Where can I see my contributions, and the amount of NMH tokens I will receive?
Log in to your Namahe Dashboard https://namhe.io/profile
Where can I see the contribution address for the ICO?
We will publish the contribution address a few days before the ICO.
Must I really wait for the ICO to start to send a contribution?
Yes, you can not contribute before the start of the ICO. If you do, smart contract will automatically reject your transaction.
In my KYC application I announced that I would contribute 1 ETH. Can I contribute more now, or is that limited for me?
You can contribute more, and you can send contributions many times.
What is the gas price that I need to set in order to contribute successfully?
We are not limiting the gas or gas price, so it is up to you to choose the amounts you wish. Please note that transaction speed depends on the network conditions at the time. We suggest that you visit https://ethgasstation.info to simulate different gas limit and gas price settings, and see how long such transaction would take and how much would it cost. Generally, you should be safe if you set gas limit to 400 000, and raise gas price to 40–60 GWEI range.
Where can I see the ETH wallet address which I entered in the KYC form?
Log into your Namahe Dashboard https://namhe.io/profile
I (we, an ICO group) wish to invest 1000+ ETH. Can you offer me (us) an additional discount?
No. We have limited public contributions to 200 ETH per person in the presale. These limits ensure an equal chance for contributors of all sizes. We think this is the right choice as it lowers the risk of large investors using their sheer power to manipulate the price of the NMH token and dumping a lot of it at the same time. The largest bonus is during the presale at 20%.
Do I understand correctly – you will only do the USD/ETH/NMH conversion once, both for presale and ICO tokens?
Yes, that is correct. It is only fair to do it once, so you cannot actually lose money if you invested early and ETH appreciates more than your presale bonus/discount is worth.
What was the presale price?
1 ETH = 1000 NMH.
What will the initial ICO price be?
1 ETH = 1000 NMH for the first 48 hours of the ICO.
What are your bonuses for contributions?
Bonus Structure – Pre Sale
1st week | 24 May – 30 May 2018 | 20%
2nd Week | 31 May – 6 June 2018 | 20%
3rd Week | 7 June – 13 June 2018 | 15%
4th Week | 14 June – 20 June 2018 | 15%
Bonus Structure – Final Sale
1st week | 28 June – 4 July 2018 | 10%
2nd Week | 5 July – 11 July 2018 | 10%
3rd Week | 12 July – 18 July 2018 | 5%
4th Week | 19 July – 31 July 2018 | 0%
Can I send ETH from an exchange?
No! In this case we will not be able to provide you with tokens or return ETH to you. Always contribute from your private wallet, an ERC20 compliant one. Here are some quick instructions: https://namahe.io/profile.
Can I send ETH from one address that I hold the private keys of, but which is different from the address where I want to receive tokens?
Can I contribute in several transactions?
Yes. You can check your existing transactions in the Dashboard – https://namhe.io/profile
Will I receive a confirmation when my ETH is transferred to your address?
No. You can log in to your Namahe Dashboard – https://namhe.io/profile, where you can see your contribution(s) and your tokens.
When will you be listed on exchanges (and which ones)?
We are in talks with several exchanges. We will announce deals once they are signed. Please understand that we cannot disclose any information up front, as exchanges are highly sensitive to such one-sided actions. We want to emphasise that we are very active in this field.
Do I really need to go through the KYC (Know Your customer) process?
Yes, it is mandatory if you wish to contribute. No exceptions.
Can citizens of the US and China contribute?
Please refer to our terms & condition – www.namahe.io/terms
Why do you prefer ETH over BTC?
Because BTC transactions can take over 24 hours and cost more than USD 30 to send. We love Ethereum, and it will also be the platform on which we will develop our products.
I forgot my password for the KYC system, how do I reset it?
Go to https://namhe.io/profile and click on the “Forgot password?” link.
What is the NMH token supply?
The total NMH token supply is 120,000,000.
What will you do with remaining tokens? Will there be any?
NMH tokens will only be issued for each contribution we receive. They are not premined, so there will be no remaining tokens.
Will you mint another batch of NMH coins at a later time?
No, we will never issue any additional NMH tokens.
When do I receive NMH tokens?
ICO contributors will receive their NMH tokens, and everyone who participated in the presale and final sale.
When will team tokens be unlocked. Are there any other locked tokens?
Tokens of team members and founders are locked for a year. Also, the tokens reserved for future developments are also locked for 1 year.
Where do I find the market price of NMH after the crowdsale?
As with all coins you will be able to track it on coinmarketcap.com … regarding the price after the token sale, many factors will influence it. We will try our best to develop the product as rapidly and with highest quality as possible, and bring new partners onto the platform.
Which wallets support NMH token?
NMH is an ERC20 token, so every wallet that allows you to add custom ERC20 token, and for which you hold the private key (or can export it) should be fine.
