Mr. Kim graduated from Yonsei University with a B.A. in Computer Science and Industrial System Engineering. He earned a M.Sc. in Engineering Management from Tufts University, U.S.A. and has been actively involved in IoT and ICT industries as a CEO of Talhwan, Inc. With multiple years of experience in technical development and business, he is now leading the OBSERVER FOUNDATION that utilizes blockchain and big data technologies.

Mr. Cho graduated from Inha University with a B.A. in Chemical Engineering. After graduation, he worked at several investment banks for 10 years and subsequently started his first overseas business in Vietnam by founding Kovet Holdings. He also founded Mediway Korea, introducing overseas patients to Korean medical institutions. Currently he is operating an online magazine, BLOG237, introducing Korean culture to different Asian countries. He is also running an overseas marketing agency, WHATPICKM and an e-commerce platform, WHATPICK. His experiences in overseas marketing greatly aid the international operation of the OBSERVER FOUNDATION.
Co-founder, Meteorological Specialist
Dr. Kim graduated from Pusan National University with a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences. She was a research team leader in The Chumsungdae, one of the first meteorological solution companies in Korea. Currently, she is leading 4D Solution Inc. and is working on meteorological solutions for government agencies and private companies. In the OBSERVER FOUNDATION, she is responsible for data quality control and data applications for various business sectors.
Mr. Lee graduated from Seoul National University with a B.Sc. in Atmospheric Sciences. He has developed his career in SI industries as a software engineer, and worked as a project leader at Mirae Climate Inc., a leading meteorological solution company in KOREA. He has been involved in many projects launched by the Korean Meteorological Administration, National Institute of Meteorological Institute, Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, and other government institutions. In the OBSERVER FOUNDATION, he is responsible for system development and server maintenance.

Mr. Cho served as the 9th administrator of The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA). After graduating from Seoul National University with a B.Sc. in Meteorology, he has developed his career in the weather industry for over 30 years. He was a weather forecaster for Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), the vice president of Weather Channel News, an adjunct professor of Seoul School of Integrated Sciences & Technologies, the executive director of the World Meteorology Organization (WMO), and the president of Korean Meteorological Association. Mr. Cho’s astonishing experiences will help the OBSERVER FOUNDATION reach its vision.

Mr. Stockford has over 35 years of experience in the financial services sector, particularly in relation to corporate governance, operational due diligence and fund structuring. He is the CEO and sole shareholder of Instanza Capital Limited in Hong Kong. The Instanza Group is involved in the cryptocurrency exchange segment. He was the COO of Bletchley Park Asset Management which runs a cryptocurrency fund.

Ms. Faisal is a tech entrepreneur, advisor, and investor. She is a founding member of Makeen, a non-profit Saudi business incubator for women, and is the owner of AF Ventures that invests in a range of companies around the world. Early in her career, she joined KACST as a lead engineer at the National Satellite Technology Center and worked on the SaudiSat 4 project. She graduated in the first class of female Saudi engineers from Effat University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Nesden has been involved in financial markets for over 18 years. Starting his career on the derivatives desk of a North American bank in London before moving to Asia where he has held Chief Representative positions in both Beijing (CBRC) and Shanghai (CSRC) and ran FX trading operations in Tokyo for a major US derivatives broker. Mr Nesden spent 4 years as Head of Overseas Investments with a top 5 Chinese Wealth Manager and is currently working on several projects with startups in the cryptocurrency space. He has a Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in International Finance.

Mr. Ichimura is a graduate from Matsushita Institute on Government and Management and was elected as a congressman in the Japanese House of Representatives for three terms.
