The project uses decentralized blockchain technology to create a single gateway that performs secure and fast transactions using its token. It is an interesting project, that trying to create better payment system and implement it primarily in the public and defense sectors.
Risks and disadvantages
In the first place there are doubts about the security of the system, decentralized technologies have high security only with a large number of users and a sufficiently long testing of the platform itself in real conditions, and considering that the entire system is based on the Ethereum, which is far from perfect. The project is interesting and promising enough, it has an experienced and professional team, but it is unlikely that they will be able to get on the global financial transactions market and squeeze out existing cryptocurrencies or projects that work in same direction.
The project has a detailed whitepaper, which contains a lot of information about the mission of the project, research of the market size, the implimention of ICO and the distribution of tokens, it shows the seriousness of the company for investors. And also in authoritative sources there are a lot of articles about the project, it shows a good PR of the project.

There is no detailed budget distridution scheme, it shows not the transparency of the project team and can raise doubts of potential investors. In some countries there is a locking platform for confidential communication and data transfer.
The ability to safely exchange confidential digital assets or files without any third party intervention is a unique and useful business idea. The project can simply be scaled and used in government areas, in medicine and pharmaceuticals, in banking, etc. But the team should better attract new investors, cause it takes a lot of money to develop the project.
The project has many partners and advisors, which means that it is interested for the audience. The platform accepts not only Ethereum for investing but Bitcoin and Litecoin as well. That gives investors variety of choice.

The project outlines in its video that investors will get up to 300 % profit. They cannot guarantee that, as when token enters the market, the price will depend on supply and demand. Roadmap looks poor, as most of events already happened, little about upcoming development.
I would not be in a hurry in investing in this ICO. The website looks uncompleted and the team has no demo version of the project.
