    Advantages

Major currencies have been allowed in the exchange of the quark toke this gives it chance to have higher chances of having high token value because of the currency ranking on the exchange. The Token is to be put on the exchange this will enable the investors to liquidate their digital assets. The project is quickly coming to the market meaning its proprietors are highly reliable and will deliver timely as they will promise.

    Risks and disadvantages

The Token pre sale is taking quite a long time this will affect the other stages of ICO. However the description in the road map is no appealing and more detai needs to be associated with it.

    Comments

Transaction based on smart contracts are reliable because the chances of anything going wrong are negligible therefore the service being offered has autonomous acceptance in the growing market and the diligence of the team together with the involved investors shall have lots of positive returns in all fields.

    Rating of project
    3.2

    Advantages

Several documents have been attached to the project description and this will bring many investors to get involved with the specifics because of the simplicity. The quark exchange has its undisputed uniqueness compared to the competitors also offering exchange services this will enable it prevail in the market.

    Risks and disadvantages

Competition is high especially at this point where the market is flooded with many ICOs sourcing for investors to crowdfund. project layouts are more likely to be considered and most of the time they are no scams so its advisable for them to be associated in the description.

    Comments

success is not usually assured this is so because of the market uncertainty. When considering focus should be put on they forward the project is planning on using to stay competitive in the market and also develop the platform.

    Rating of project

    Advantages

The project has skillful team of founders and advisors. In addition, they are public people and have accounts on social networks.Besides regular Whitepaper, there is also a Presentation and One Pager, where the main features of the platform are described.

    Risks and disadvantages

Website is not always available. Another disadvantage regards to crowdsale details. 20 % of all tokens are reserved for the team. So token rate can be easily manipulated when it enters the market. Little attention has been paid to the marketing strategy. There are limited number of social networks. Moreover, existing ones are not so active.

    Comments

As a whole, it is still unclear of Quark Market advantages over other platforms. It looks like the team is running crowdsale in order just to raise money and not to develop the project.

    Advantages

QRM Token holders will be able to participate in QRM lease back program and to receive part of the commission fees, they will also have discounts on Quark.Market. The total number of tokens is limited and no new token will ever be created.

    Risks and disadvantages

The project should develop activity on social networks, as it's a sound way to create awareness.

    Comments

The idea is not new, but attractive. I think many investors would consider a possibility to invest in a project like this. But competition is heavy now. Only the best teams will succeed.

    Sofia Medda July 21, 2018
    Rating of project
    3.3

    Advantages

Unsold tokens will be reserved to be used for development of Quark.Market, which is a reasonable solution. 20% of tokens will be allocated for the team and 90% of this amount will be frozen for 6 months, which indicates that the team is committed to the project.

    Risks and disadvantages

The roadmap contains information about partnerships, but there are no any disclosures. We don't know how many partners are already involved and how many partnerships are negotiated.

    Comments

I think the success will depend on how soon the platform will be released. As I can see it is planned to happen till the end of the year and in this case the project has a chance to occupy the part of this niche.

    FAQ

    Frequently Asked Question

How does Dark Pool technology work?

Dark pool technology was developed to mitigate market impact of large orders. This is achieved through making volume and price of booked orders invisible (excepting to the booking party).

Visibility of volume and price is not necessary because the system matches buyers and sellers with compatible prices and volume.

When a match is made a transaction is processed. The key component is that the volume and price remain invisible, thus making the pool of traders a dark space to transact.

The darkness of the trading space then mitigates against market impact of orders placed.

    The Quark.Market token (QRM)

Token will be the “gas” for all crosschain transactions on Quark.Market. Owners who participate in our lease back program will receive part of the commission to be paid for crosschian transactions

When trading using the QRM token there will be a 50% discount on the trading fee and collateral deposit

Traders with a $50k daily trading volume and/or orders over $10k will be exempt from trading fees (if the trader holds QRM tokens in the amount of 5% of their daily trading volume)

The darkness of the trading space then mitigates against market impact of orders placed.
