    Advantages

Renting is now very popular (the present time is already called the “rentier era), so there are many platforms for renting, and the use of blockchain for this seems to me quite expedient.
Because it makes the service more transparent and helps its users to be more reliable, track their reputation.
The demo version of the platform is already running.
The team seems to be very experienced and skilled (though more in IT than in marketing - which is not very good if you recall the high competition they are expected to deal with).

    Risks and disadvantages

Traffic statistics are falling rapidly - a very bad indicator.

    Comments

The platform is quite user-friendly, and can be integrated (with its token) into existing rents services instead of just competing with them. So if the service is widely popular among users (and he has all the chances for this) - investors would receive an investment that is reliable and profitable.

    Rating of project
    2.3

    Advantages

It enables the users to benefit from the valuable property that they do not use any more.
A minimum amount of risk is involved during the transfer of rented property as transactions and agreements are placed under smart contracts.
Enough documents have been provided, containing detailed information about the project. A p2p platform will attract a number of people since their is no middle man to impact more unwanted costs.

    Risks and disadvantages

The token distribution is not proportional and does not show success of the projects prosperity. Transporting of items being rented out might be a challenge for distant parties.Their is no current existing market that is being served, this shows narrow future prospects.

    Comments

Their is a plan to integrate in other renting platforms that are already existing which will contribute to having a large market share with utmost potential. The project hasn't been planned for strategically, for example it lucks a token reserve no bounty program and other anomalies however much the idea is good if its not profitable in the eyes of the investors its chances of thriving are as limited.

    Rating of project
    4.0

    Advantages

The idea of the project is simple, clear and promising. The platform can be useful for many people. It is said in the Whitepaper that demo site is available and community building is started.

    Risks and disadvantages

We have no information about the founder.

    Comments

I think it would be reasonable to connect with the team and to test demo version of the product.

    Jordan Semanda March 30, 2018
    Rating of project
    4.0

    Advantages

The project provides the users with a platform to earn from their valuable belongings that they have no use for. The project provides for a secured renting out of stuff that not needed by the user through the blockchain and smart contracts. The ratio of RTC tokens to eth is very good for increase of the token value. The project has high crowd sales which provide for potential growth of the project.

    Risks and disadvantages

The traffic statistics are critically low which will affect the projects potential growth. A lot of costs might be incurred while transporting these products to distant places.

    Comments

The project is very competitive in the current market but also pron to face competition from the other ICO startups in the market. It will also enhance the growth of digital marketing since the users are able to put up advertisements for their goods and services. It also very competitive in the market, the fact that its the first P2P rental platform. However strategizing in the field of marketing and effective market research will ensure success in the venture.

    Veronika Arbisman March 28, 2018
    Rating of project
    4.5

    Advantages

First P2P online renting literally for everything platform. Already has few thousands subscribers. No service charge and only low commission fee. Provides smart contract. Team looks really well up in the question.

    Risks and disadvantages

Platform will use only Rentycoins what is an artificial limitation of opportunities. Traffic statistics started to decline, some things probably needed to be reviewed.

    Comments

Limited storage space in dense urban environment, limitation of wastes and possibility to earn will be good driving forces for the project.
