    Advantages

    The project is trying to make the revolution in the way we consume services: delivering customer experience to a new level with a help of the combination of augmented reality (AR), artificial intelligence (AI) and with a platform for encouraging customers. ServAdvisor is a marketing and consumer platform that allows participating brands to stimulate consumers who check their information through the App. It can be a good mechanism for retailers/service providers in order to maintain customer loyalty, provide quality products and advertising information to influence purchasing decisions right at the moment when the user actually makes an order. ServCoins are the tokens that will become a currency and will allow retailers and service providers to use this powerful distributed platform that will be able to affect and reward consumers for a reasonable choice.

    Risks and disadvantages

    There are few specifics and a lot of general phrases in the project's description. There is no clear explanation of how the augmented reality (AR) and artificial intelligence will be able to confirm the product's quality and influence on its choice in online mode. But according to the description, the platform looks like to solutions that will be demanded in the future. Well, and in addition, tokens should be accepted by the market and large exchanges so then they can become a currency, but it's a difficult and extremely expensive process.

    The project uses interesting ideas and combinations of solutions with AI and augmented reality, but it seems to me that it will not gain success and unlikely that it will attract a lot of clients. Just using revolutionary solutions doesn't guarantee popularity and high revenue.

    The team especially the CEO, have experience in the filled of blockchain and other key areas like marketing this automatically gives the higher profitable prospects. Since it's being added to the exchange it will attract more investors .

    Risks and disadvantages

    The traffic collected from the search engines shows the projects absence on the internet which shows less people interact with it and most aren't aware of it this shall have a negative impact on its growth.

    The token used shall gain value from being on the exchange and this factor shall create it's demand to increase hence attracting more interested clients.

    Bridging the gap between the retailers, service providers and their customers creates customer loyalty and brand maintenance making it a win win for both sides.

    Risks and disadvantages

    Already existent competition will make market capture quite difficult and as a result full potential in profit acquisition might not be realised.

    Benefit on both sides of retailers and consumers will see success of this project and trust. The project should be mad present on the internet through SEO such as boosting links and creating advertisements.

    Advantages

    The significant advantage is the experienced team. Team members have been working for years in lots of international companies. In addition, there are also advisors. Marketing is also a pros of the project. There are many social networks ( Medium, Youtube, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook).

    Risks and disadvantages

    The only drawback is the lack of the working product. As a result, it is not clear till the end how the platform operates and the final role of the token.

    The project has definitely potential. It offers also discounts, which motivates people to invest in the ICO. Furthemore, project has high ratings among different media resources.

    Advantages

    Total amount of tokens will be strictly limited and I think we can expect that the demand for tokens will grow proportionally to the growth of number of users. The service will be a combination of Augmented Reality, AI and review platform, this is really interesting, I'm looking forward to see a final product.

    Risks and disadvantages

    Most of the whitepaper is about developing of the product, which is great, but other important issues (like marketing, business model) are explained not so thoroughly.

    This startup has high ratings, so I think the chance for success is more than 50%.

    Advantages

    ServAdvisor will provide direct connection between retailers or service providers and consumers. With the help of AI making a choice will be quicker and easier for users. The Whitepaper contains a detailed explanation of how ServAdvisor will work as well as its advantages.

    Risks and disadvantages

    I think more detailed roadmap is needed. An explanation of strategy of increasing the number of users, retailers and service providers would be useful.
