Advantages: The application is useful, simple and free for users (even rewards are promised). The project is getting feedback from focus groups, which can positively affect a final product.
Risks and disadvantages: The visual image of the website is ordinary, it doesn`t attract attention at a first glance.
Comments: It will not be easy to win in the competition with similar projects. And the team informs us about the main distinction between SmartO and similar projects: it is not only a convenient application, it is also the aggregator of other familiar apps, SmartO can track and arrange task relevance in a ten point list. For me it doesn`t sound like a real advantage.

Advantages: The website of the project contains a lot of information that will be useful to investors to learn more about ICO and the business model, there is a detailed roadmap and company development strategies. Also there are high-quality video materials, it will help to quickly convey the essence of the project to investors.
Risks and disadvantages: There is a large percantage of tokens distributed to the pre-sale stage of ICO, that's alarming, if investors begin to sell tokens after the project's release on the exchange, its value will be sharply reduced.
Comments: A virtual assistant using artificial intelligence algorithms is a good, but not unique business idea. To implement the project does not require many years and the scaling can be implemented in a very short time, but there is a lot of competition, so to recoup investment requires a huge work of the project team.

Advantages: The application is free - good for users
A lot of tools for business and business accounts
A lot of interesting paid options and tools - good for the token, and therefore, for investors
A referral program for the app
Risks and disadvantages: All the options offered by the application are either already running in existing similar projects, or they can be launched very quickly after the market needs
Comments: In common, the application can be interesting for the market. Multifunctionality, combining and solving different tasks, personal assistant in the phone and all that. But the competition is great, and the team will have to do their best at marketing. Now, judging by the traffic, they cannot boast of this..

Advantages: Is a free smartphones application. An aggregator of services, can do things only on its own. Provides nice benefits for investors. Users receive 60% of the advertising budget. Whole world of mobile services capabilities united into one powerful system. On top of that it gives users opportunity to earn money in 5 ways.
Risks and disadvantages: Really low traffic statistics signals of some problems. There definitely will be competition on the market although I haven't faced similar projects yet. Team of advisers look a bit strange to me. Why this people have been chosen and by what criteria?
Comments: Kind of an online daily planner with additional advantage of passive participation of user. User just enters task into the app and app will look for the ways to solve it. Attractive for all types of business as app will promote goods and services. Not the worst thing to pay attention to.

Advantages: The app can easily be adopted on the already existing smartphones making it easy to adopt The project allows a number of cryptocurrencies which makes it makes it more likely to be successful and strengthen token value.Users can get tokens for using the app and also by making referral links which will increase the number of users on the platform. The project provides comprehensive solution to keeping and acquiring customers by various companies. It provides alternative ways to earn money
Risks and disadvantages: The project has extremely low traffic statistics. The ratio of STO token to the $ is relatively low which might affect token value. The project will face stiff competition as ste ICO market is tight
Comments: The initiative is good for the future market especially with the increase in the development in the cryptocurrency. The project will need to focus on establishing a stable and strong market base to ensure a large market size and go against competition. The project also provides a wide range of projects to involve the users which will help on spreading the risk hence increasing profits effectively.

10
Why do you need ICO? How the raised funds will be allocated?
The aim of our ICO is to obtain sufficient funds to develop and promote our app. And also for monetization of our token, its further evolution both within and beyond the app. All funds raised from our ICO will be distributed according to the graph (Funds Allocation).

17
How can you expect token price growth? Where demand will come from, how you can make money?
As SmartO is unique and versatile, it will enjoy a great deal of popularity. High demand for SmartO among user swill attract business. As the registration fee in SmartO is paid exclusively in STO tokens then providers of goods and services will buy them on the exchanges. It will boost their rate as the number of tokens is limited.

A part of the raised funds for SmartO Project will be allocated to promote the app and tokens alike. Due to the ever growing SmartO popularity the number of active users — both service providers and customers will snowball. That is how the self-sustaining mechanism, SmartO tokenomy, will come to pass.

To achieve this SmartO team will impel providers of goods and services to use tokens as a means of payment, fuelling their liquidity with fiat on the initial stage of the project.
18

A year after listing on exchanges project team can buyback STO tokens at least at face value.

When your tokens will be released on exchanges?
According to the roadmap STO tokens will be listed on exchanges on September 1, 2018.
20
How does the legal structure of token ownership look like?
Token is a digital asset. It is subject to laws, governing the possession of digital assets. In this regard legal regulation of token ownership in most cases is similar to the legal regulation of cryptocurrency ownership.
21
What happens to my investment if the tokens will be prohibited or heavily regulated?
You should consult with your lawyer about token legal status. Basically, STO tokens are a blockchain counterpart of licence to use. In any case, your tokens can't just disappear from your digital wallet — that is another advantage of blockchain technology!
