The idea looks very impressive and advantageous, furthermore, I trust this is a very relevant and effective project. Team members obviously experienced, so I convinced in the project success. Github repository looks very well done, up to date and organised. From my point of view, this is an ideal credibility check solution. Another benefit is that the team already has set up nodes along with a live demo website where you can familiarise yourself with the service. Tokens and budget allocations look very smart and reasonable.
Risks and disadvantages
I don't have any major concerns about this project, only look forward to seeing the production solution.
I can only confirm that this will be an exciting solution, considering the current level of the organisation and technology background both of the team and project. Good luck.
The total supply of tokens is fixed and the number of tokens will be never increased. The project has partners and participates in international events.

I think there are ways for the startup to attract more followers to its social networks accounts considering there are real partners, users and clients.
An interesting and iformative video presentation showing that this service is really better than other ones is the thing which would allow to attract more attention to the project.
The project is in its 5th year of operations, there are over 8000 merchants in five countries. Formal certifications with many international organizations are completed.

I think there should be more information about how the project will benefit having 5 years of successful experience. Certain achievements are presented, but there is no detailed information about how every of those achievements will help to meet new goals.
I think the project should also present the information about desirable achievements which would be considered as a success, for example: the amount of users and the reasons why this amount will grow, what will be done to drive the demand for tokens.
The team consists of experienced founders, advisors, and partners.Besides Whitepaper, there is also One Pager, where the basic features are outlined. Analyzing crowdsale details, people can invest with Bitcoin, Ethereum and other ways of payments.

There is no MVP releases yet. In addition the Roadmap could be detailed ( some dates should be also specified ). Despite the fact, that there are enough social networks, they are not active enough. For example, Bitcointalk has only 2 pages from June 27. In order to read Whitepaper, there should be a preliminary registration. It is not available for public.
As a whole, the overall idea is not clear for me till the end. There is no difference between this project and other alternatives, which already exist on the market.
In this current erra the need for credit is necessary for the success of many business therefor this gives this project the ultimate chance to secure a wide market share that will make getting profits possible. The team has intense knowledge about the field and line of business they are getting involved in.

SmartPesa Credible is permissioned secure blockchain network built by SmartPesa specifically for SME credit data in emerging markets, looking to disrupt the incumbent credit bureaus and inefficient loan processes.
How is the Token Sale priced and settled?
Tokens are priced in USD and payment can be made in ETH or BTC. The exchange rate is dynamically determined at the time of placing the order on our Token Sale website. There is no subsequent adjustment for changes in the value of ETH or BTC.

All payments for data creation, validation and accessing of data SmartPesa Credible blockchain is settled in PESA tokens (“Tokens”). For example, payment for access to Merchant data is settled in Tokens Merchants while Merchants can use Tokens Data Origination and Validation services. Yes, SmartPesa is a FinTech that is in its 5th year of operations during which time, we built a great team, solid product and deployed in 5 countries with banks and acquirers.
Has SmartPesa worked with blockchain?
SmartPesa started following blockchain in early 2017. We did research and development on cryptocurrency payments, and filed a patent (with iPOS). Our team is familiar with nodes, confirmations, wallets and the underlying cryptography.
What benefit is the backing of SmartPesa?
We are a business with long contracts, real banks, real users, hundreds of thousands of transactions monthly and real revenues. This gives credibility to the team backing Credible with experience to roll-out and operational experience.
Why is SmartPesa adopting blockchain?
SmartPesa Credible is bigger than us. We have the right team and the data to kick it off but want all financial institutions to participate. This distributed data gathering, verification and consumption model lends itself to Blockchain.
How will Tokens be used for Credible?
Tokens are used for all payments on the blockchain including data creation, validation and consumption. The total supply is fixed and any unsold tokens will be burnt. Even as the data on the blockchain grows in size, the number of Tokens will never increase.
What is the token model?
Tokens are used by requestors to buy data. On data request, the token is transferred to the data owner who can hold it, hord it, or sell it. While the pricing is dynamic, requestors will be acquiring tokens for their purchasing of credit data
Can Tokens be used for other purposes?
Yes. SmartPesa will facilitate escrowing of Tokens for purposes of loan collateral. SmartPesa will put the Tokens as the preferred cryptocurrency in its own Apps on both CryptoPay and CryptoATM.
Merchants will hold tokens?
Yes, their incentive is to montetize their data. Businesses and merchants will receive tokens and use for verification, or sell them. This brings supply and demand on both sides ot the transaction.
Is the Token Sale automated?
Yes, the Token Sale is run through an online portal tracking the available tokens for sale, the exchange rates of accepted investment currencies, and the transactions of each purchaser.
When does the Token Sale start?
The Token Sale has started. We are working with stratic purchasers on the support and backing of the Credible blockchain. Dates for pre-sale and a public crowdsale will be announced in due course.
Are there different sales stages?
We want to keep it simple. No frills or desperate sales tactics. Early token purchasers in pre-sale assist our project to reach our softcap, and we require a certain minimum commitment for these placements.
When will tokens be unlocked?
While SmartPesa makes no guarantees at this stage, our efforts will be to release tokens within 10 days from end of public sale. Since we have prototypes and MVP, the token should be put in the hands of token purchasers and merchants
