Sandy is the Property Development Manager and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property development on the ground. He has a wide network of property development contractors that she selects carefully for different projects of CAA. Over the years, he has worked with 80-100 small to medium property developers and contractors in Indonesia on different projects.
Rayner is the architect of CAA and is responsible for the architectural design and interior design of all CAA projects. He is currently undertaking his Bachelor of Techniques (Architecture) in Catholic Parahyangan University and his key study areas are Housing and Form in Architecture Concept and Design.
Ray is responsible for providing IT advice for daily IT operations and maintenance of CAA and all STAY properties. As STAY’s strategy is to integrate its hotel operations with blockchain technologies to improve its efficiency, this is a key role for the team. Ray is the Delivery Technical Consultant at HP and he has previously worked in Canon as their Technical Solutions Consultant. He has various certification such as eCopy ShareScan Certification, Microsoft® Certified Solutions Expert, uniFLOW Advance Diagnostic Specialist and uniFLOW Certified Technician, etc.
Tony is an experienced strategy and management consulting professional with over 15 years of work experience. He is the founder of Business Plan Consulting and has previously worked in SEEK Asia as Head of Strategy & Marketing, McDonald’s Asia Pacific & Middle East Africa as Director of Menu Strategy, Boston Consulting Group as Project Leader. He obtained his Master Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Chief scientist at Bitquant Research Laboratories, Hong Kong-based financial technology research laboratory. Holds doctorate in computational astrophysics from the UT Austin and bachelors of physics from MIT. Before leaving to focus on promoting entrepreneurship and new technology worked in the quantitative research division of JPMorgan in Hong Kong and New York.

Risks and disadvantages
The market is limited to a defined area and with a particular group of people meaning its target market is very small and coming up with the desired hard cap will be a challenge. A project without a reserve is not worth an investors investment, this is a key issue that many investors look out for.
The solution and the problem size are quite unproportional compared to the existing available market, serving of a wide market size benefits both the project and the investors which is not seem with this particular one. With the current competition for ICO investors this project is not as compelling.

What is the business model and what are you profits based on?
Our business model is typical of real estate developer and property management companies where we earn revenue and profit from the rental and management fee of our properties. We plan to reinvest our profit to purchase and develop more travel accommodation properties in Bali and beyond.
When will the project begin?
As soon as we have raised the funds needed to start the project, we will be able to start the project immediately. We will ready 1-2 villas and complete the renovation work so upon the completion of ICO and tokens’ distribution, STAY token holders can start to book the villa right away for their accommodation.
What is Stay Token?
This ICO is designed to benefit contributors in a number of ways. Firstly, our potential STAY token holders are entitled to free 1-night accommodation in our selected hotel properties and they are able to upgrade to higher room categories and villas with a nominal fee. Do the tokens comply with ERC20 standard? How secure is the storage of tokens?
Our tokens are standardized Ethereum based ERC20 tokens. Therefore they utilize Ethereum-security and can be easily integrated and connected with other Ethereum based technologies.
