    Advantages

Nice tool with a huge potential, so there is no doubt about the relevance of the product. It is also great that the Team has already represented the live product and currently developing the product. I see this product as a pioneer in the recruiting industry and look forward to seeing AI 2.0

    Risks and disadvantages

Although, I don't have any major questions about the technical side of this solution and the Team looks decent, there are some questions with regards to tokens distribution and budget allocation.
Considering that 10% of tokens will be allocated to Advisors, what would be their role in further project development, as there is also 50% of the budget is planned to be spent on the hiring of staff. That point looks contradictory.

    Comments

Great product with high hopes and supported by a strong team of experts alongside a solid team of motivated advisors. A budget allocation looks not explicit though.

    Rating of project
    4.5

    Advantages

The project has a sound business model. Actions on the platform will only be payable in TSC tokens, but will be pegged to a stable currency, so that if the startup develops successfully and the token's value increases, the user's expenses will be the same.

    Risks and disadvantages

The project already has the audience of users who tried MVP. I think there are ways to attract those users to the TalentSnap's social network's accounts.

    Comments

The project's goal for the future is to give people possibility of a 1-click starting a new job or a 1-click hireing, for which purpose AI and machine learning algorithms will be used. I think combining blockchain with hiring is a promising idea, because there is enough room for innovation and improvements.

    Rating of project
    4.0

    Advantages

Token's utility is described in detail. In this ecosystem users will be incentivized to facilitate the growth of the network and at the same time token's value has potential to grow as it will be the only payment instrument within the platform.

    Risks and disadvantages

The roadmap doesn't represent the team's plan of the developing the project, whereas the team does have a good plan.

    Comments

According to a refer in the Whitepaper, Ethereum currently has 30 times more developers working on it compared to any other blockchain. Nonetheless the project informs that building its own blockchain will be considered depending on the state of Ethereum
Blockchain after the end of the project's crowdsale. I think there is some uncertainty for investors in this. They should understand what are the limitations the project will face using Ethereum blockchain. And what time and resources are needed to build a more appropriate blockchain. And the team plans to incentivize users to share their compute and storage power. So there are many plans and some of them are for a distant future. And now there is MVP, which already has been used by more than 1500 Employers and Recruiters. So I can't be sure if the project is among the most reliable ones, but it's definitely among the most interesting ones.

    Advantages

A significant advantage is the available working application. Furthemore, bonuses are great motivation for investors. What is more, people can choose between different assets for investing ( Ethereum, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and ''fiat'').

    Risks and disadvantages

On the website nothing mentioned about advisors and partners. Social networks could be better managed, as they are not active enough. For example, there is no information about thread on Bitcointalk. Roadmap has only 3 periods of platform development in 2018. That is not enough.

    Comments

Platform for hiring people in blockchain is not something new. For example, Bitjob is the example of a blockchain freelance project. I have not see any new features of Talentsnap comaring to other platforms.

    William Anderson August 01, 2018
    Rating of project
    3.7

    Advantages

The founder and CEO of Talent snap is directly involved and is committed to the cause compared to many projects where the CEO is not involved, thus ensure better returns when it comes to profiting. The token has a great deal of distributed value and it will rise up first on the exchange because of this.

    Risks and disadvantages

At the main stage of ICO less investors are likely to be involved this is so because of the boor policy on distributing tokens to the early buyers this shall make the efforts to achieve the hardcap a bit hard. The token economy is not up to standard and this shall result into loss of potential clients willing to endolge in the project.

    Comments

Compotitve advantage should be noticed and taken advantage of this shall then make this project suppress competition and thrive in the market. Otherwise this is a good business module especially in this entrepreneur and employment erra.
