    Advantages

    It's quite an innovative project, which represents a fully functional trading platform for real estate operations, for institutional and individual investors. With the aid of this platform, everyone can easily invest in real estate with a few clicks on their mobile device; it removes most middlemen from the value chain. Investors get easy access to a very stable class of assets, which had high entry barriers and expensive fees previously. Funds get global access to capital for a lower fee in a stable legal and technological basis.

    Risks and disadvantages

    The project is very interesting in theory, but in practice, if you will try to figure out, then you will see a lot of shortcomings. The system is tokenized and investors buy the project's tokens like digital shares, investing funds for modernization or in real estate - but there are no specifics, for example, how much is required for modernization. How such operations are consistent with legislation, etc.

    I don't think that this project will be successful, first of all, because of high competition in this business segment, a poorly thought-out investing system in project tokens, a dispute with legislation in different countries where the real estate purchases are happening through tokens, etc. .

    Advantages

    The project aims to build a community of investors and partners. RETO exchange will be available on the platform. The project will launch its own TEIVs. So not only 3rd party TEIVs will be launched.

    Risks and disadvantages

    Since the project exists for 4 months, I think the team had enough time to define the terms and conditions of token Sale. But this important part is not available yet. Now I have doubt if the team will meet their deadlines.

    This project intends to create a community, where every investor can be sure about invested money ("at least once every year, the portfolio of properties owned by a TEIV will be evaluated by independent experts", "Each TEIV will dispose of a currency reserve, and will commit to purchasing a certain number of tokens should they become undervalued"). Since this system will be attractive for investors, it may attract new TEIVs as well.

    Advantages

    I suppose this ecosystem will be attractive for investors, because investing in a TEIV will be less risky compared to investing in some real estate related blockchain project not using escrow service. In the case of investing in a TEIV via Tokenestate.io every phase of development of a TEIV will be controlled by the platform.

    Risks and disadvantages

    I think the realization of the project will be complicated. I would like to know if there are TEIVs which are ready to cooperate with the project. Why it would be interesting for them to interact with their investors via Tokenestate.io? I suppose those teams would be able to launch their own ICO campaigns (via Ethereum platform for example).

    This is an interesting project. I would be ready to believe in success, if I saw a real interest to these ideas.

    Advantages

    The video content is very well elaborate and explains in detail how the project is supposed to work. The market to be covered is global and their for more funding will be gotten to sustain the projects road map. It is likely to be more competitive compared to other projects of this nature.

    Risks and disadvantages

    A more dynamic press team is required to provide an effectively fulfil its required role. there isn't proper distribution of tokens. The influence on the social media platforms is still demanding and requires attention otherwise there will be problems related to creating awareness.

    Strong, experienced Team including professionals with solid knowledge in real estate. Clear Business model. Well-thought White Paper which contains considerable research of the real estate Market, its specifics, problems and solutions Tokenestate is seeking to provide its target audience with.

    High Competition in the market of Real Estate. As of today, the team is finalizing its prospectus and has not yet decided on the token price. Lack of buzz since social networks' numbers are not spectacular.

    We are by law obliged to protect the economic interests of the company and its shareholders. Our finances are audited yearly by BDO Switzerland. Additionally, as soon as we are issued the security trading license in Switzerland, we will be closely monitored by FINMA (the Swiss financial market supervision authority).

    Tokenestate.io has two main revenue streams:
