To transfer on the blockchain all operations that will be carried out in the car it is a good, and I must say, realistic idea. The immutability of records on the blockchain, their transparency will allow to take into account everything from oil change to insurance.
Risks and disadvantages
It is not clear yet how the team will enter into an agreement with the manufacturer and officially use the blockchain to register all operations.
The project is very interesting and even useful. If it will be implemented properly, it can become successful and get its niche on the market. But the future of the project depends on how the initial advertising will be conducted and how contracts with manufacturers will be made.

Really impossible writing style. Difficult to perceive the information even to advanced user. Personally, my brain was cooked during reading. Probably I was not the only one, that's why Traffic statistics went down.
Big potential behind the project. Amazing idea of service records for repaired/replaced details, increasing effectiveness in fraud detection for insurers etc. inmate in awful text. A lot of potential investors will be lost for ever just because of this.
