    Advantages

    It is quite interesting and relevant idea of just rewarding the creators of content, and the project is good too. This segment of the market is developed badly, and ways of labor payment are old.

    Risks and disadvantages

    There are at least four quite successful projects on the market that work with the authors' reward, which release tokens in the system and use a transparent blockchain system.

    My opinion that the project was late with the market entry for about two years and it is doubtful that they will be able to offer something new and unusual to the authors to displace established projects in this segment of the economy

    The project is efficient for investors interested in long-term investments.It provides a platform for the newbies to thrive in a market with the veterans. It provides assistance through technical analysis that provide information about market trend and profitable ventures for investments. It also enable content creators to effectively create and publish content on the internet The projects crowd sale are relatively good. Developer API's will increase on the number of platforms and uses of the project

    The ratio of the vivid token to eth is relatively high which might face static increase in the value of token due to limited members of the community.

    Because we are a industry specific team each coming from a background in team growth and project management, our focus is expanding our manpower to amplify our core team into developing, and delivering on the overall product ecosystem phases outlined in this whitepaper.

    Our tokensale smart contracts will be open sourced and available for inspection on the official Github. The project however will be closed sourced as the product space we are developing for is a competitive one.

    How do I safely and securely contribute to the Vivid token sale?

    The basic steps are:
    Obtain a ERC20 token compatible Ethereum Wallet.
    Buy Ether from a cryptocurrency exchange such as Coinbase, Bittrex, Poloniex or Kraken.
    Transfer Ether to your wallet address.
    Send the amount of Ether you wish to contribute to our token sale contract address.
    To participate in the token sale and acquire VIVID tokens, you need an Ethereum wallet or an application where you maintain the private key. Private keys are needed to correctly interact with smart contract functions, such as transferring tokens.

    Only Ether is accepted for the token sale, so if you hold Bitcoin (BTC) or another ERC20 token, we recommend using ShapeShift to exchange them for ETH. This YouTube tutorial explains how to do a basic, "quick" exchange without needing to create an account.

    Do not send Ether directly from cryptocurrency exchanges such as Coinbase, Bittrex, Poloniex or Kraken. Exchanges don’t provide you with a private key. You need a digital wallet compatible with Ethereum tokens (ERC-20 standard) like:

    Ethereum transfer transactions require some amount of fuel known as "gas" to execute the operation or run the particular smart contract code. Gas is the unit that gets paid to a miner for performing the action (or work). Token sale deposit transactions need to have a non-default gas limit because of its complexity. The default gas limit is usually too low to correctly perform a token sale deposit. We advise a gas limit of 99,000 (10 GWEI) or higher.     What exchange(s) will you be hosted on when the ICO is closed?

    Initially trading will occur on EtherDelta, since anyone can create an ED Ethereum trading pair, we would preemptively create the page and provide some initial liquidity. Our goal is to push for Liqui and Cryptopia as the initial centralized exchanges we list on. IDEX, CEX.io, Bittrex, Binance, Kucoin and HitBTC are the next targets from there.
