He is a qualified asset manager and financial markets specialist and has a degree in political science.
Serge is an experienced project manager and business restructuring specialist with more than 15 year’s international experiences in the technology, energy and construction industries, particularly the USA, Austria and Russia. Serge specialises in business process organisation, procurement consulting, cost optimisation, and business administration. He holds an MBA with specialisation in Finance from NOVA Southeastern University, USA.
Stepan is an award-winning software engineer with more than 15 years’ experience in software systems development using an array of breakthrough technologies. He is a technical visionary with a proven ability to implement complex and innovative projects with service-oriented architecture and technology. Over the years, Stepan has led numerous IT teams and projects internationally. His expertise lies in enterprise software design, service-oriented architecture and technologies, software defined infrastructures, Big Data, Cognitive computing and Artificial Intelligence. Stepan is an author of 12 scientific publications and holds a PhD in Computer Science.
Andrey is a finance and investment guru with more than 20 years’ experience in the media, telecoms and fintech sectors. Prior to joining Zichain, he spent several years successfully developing a number of start-ups and fintech companies specializing in mobile applications. Andrey also spent six years as Chief Financial Officer at Svyaznoy, Russia’s second largest mobile phone retailer, where he oversaw the company’s financial planning, budgeting and product pricing activities. Prior to that, he was managing financial strategy at Media Most, one of Russia’s largest media companies. Andrey started his career in 1996 at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a degree in the economics and finance and holds MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

The project is made to help investors and managers better understand the information in the complex and unstructured world of crypto-currency assets. Project indices organize the market, and Crypto-wiki gives an intuitive description and characteristics of the largest and most significant projects. The main goal of the project is to attract a large stream of users who demand high-quality information and want to invest their money in the developing crypto-exchange industry. CryptoEYE -: will be used to attract visitors, preserve their interest and provide various investment funds under the guidance of the project and external parties.
Risks and disadvantages
The idea of the project is quite interesting, however, in order to assess the real benefits of this project, we must see the work of these solutions for a sufficiently long period of time. In a year or so of work, it will be possible to see how well the project indices work and how all this can help investors and fund managers.
I am sure that this project will have a successful implementation, but only in the long period. If the project team has the resources to last several years without profit, then perhaps this project will start to develop and bring profit to investors.
That's the first time I come across with such type of projects and I was expecting that indeed, as this area (asset management) is quite specific and requires a lot of knowledge and experience along with the technical capabilities. I don't have any doubts about the project's future, the whitepaper is quite clear (ambiguous though).

The only thing I noted related to the budget allocation, where IT Infrastructure development fell under the Business Development but this is more a clarity question rather than something critical.

The potential volume market for this project is quite big, because the number of investors that recognize the potential of cryptocurrencies is increasing. The startup participates in blockchain related events and gains appreciation. The team will be prohibited to sell their tokens for 2 years.

I would like to have more information about business model, because for me it doesn't look as a strong part of the project. Probably the team expects that the demand for ZCN tokens will increase, if popularity of the products will grow.
The project will offer several useful tools for investors and fund managers. Some of them we can try now. Beta version of CryptoEye is released, MVP of BAMP is available. Beta version of Zichain is planned to be released in Q3 2018. Information provider CryptoEye.pro will be easily adapted for every user.

Advisors tokens will not be frozen and this is 10% of the total amount.
The project promises to create a product, which will provide the information in an understandable language and with the minimum use of highly technical terms. I think it would be a very useful solution for many investors. And in this case the best proof for me would be a Whitepaper written in an easy language with clear explanations of all the decided advantages of the project. Well, Whitepaper is informative, but I didn`t get the impression that this project will provide the best product of high demand.
The press team is well established and will deliver a remarkable job to uplifting the project in various aspects. A variety of languages are used on the platform therefore a wide number of users will be attracted.

The token economy is not the best and so is the bonus distribution at the pre sale. No advisers are present in the project outline this puts it at a risk of loss.
The initiative is good and unique to an extent however the team has to iron out the issues to deal with the finances of the project so as to make it sustainable. It also has to be very competitive in the market.
Some of the co founder members have experience in managing startups and seeing them to their success this prior experience makes them very appropriate to make zichain successful. The social media following is quite promising and will yield the required awareness. Investors that are new to this filled will highly benefit from it.

How many Zitokens will be created?
During the Token Generation Event (TGE), we plan to issue no more than 703,125,000 tokens, of which up to 450,000,000 (64% of total issue) can be sold to investors at Pre-sale and Token Sale stages. All tokens unsold during the TGE will be burned. In addition to sold tokens, 21% of the total issue will belong to the project team (147,656,250 tokens max), 10% of tokens will be forwarded to the Advisory Board (70,312,500 tokens max), 2% of tokens will be a reward for participating in the Bounty Program (14,062,500 tokens max), 2% more will be a reward for participating in the Referral Program (14,062,500 tokens max), and 1% of tokens will be distributed through Airdrop (7,031,250 tokens max).
How to participate in the token sale?
To participate in the Token Sale, you need to sign up and log in the account on this website, go through the KYC procedure, and pay for Zichain tokens. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).
Is there a KYC requirement?
You have to pass KYC procedure in order to receive Zichain tokens. You will be required to provide identity documents (passport, driving license, or national ID) and documents confirming the residence. A KYC-system will be accessible with the beginning of the TGE. By that time you will receive an email with the instructions. You can go through the KYC procedure before or after a purchase of tokens, but at least 7 days prior to the end of Token Sale. Tokens are issued and transferred immediately after the successful KYC verification and purchase.
When does the sale start? How long is the sale open?
Token Generation Event (TGE) will be conducted in three stages: private pre-sale, public pre-sale and main token sale. The public pre-sale starts on May 21, 2018, the dates of the final stage are to be announced. Participation in earlier stages of TGE gives an opportunity to buy tokens at a discount of up to 65% off the final sale price ($0.10). During the private pre-sale, up to 80,000,000 tokens priced will firstly be on sale at $0.035 each, then at $0.06 each. The minimum purchase should be $10,000. On the public pre-sale, the tokens will be sold for $0.08 each. During the Token Sale, all remaining tokens will be sold for $0.10.
What is the minimum amount of purchase?
During the private pre-sale, the minimum purchase of tokens should be at least $10,000 or its cryptocurrency equivalent determined by the average exchange rate at the moment of purchase. During the public pre-sale, the minimum purchase of tokens should be at least $500 or its cryptocurrency equivalent. During the Token Sale, the minimum purchase of tokens should total to $50.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for Zitokens using only the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC). Tokens can be purchased directly from your account. Note that we do not accept transfers from cryptocurrency exchange wallets. If you do not use your personal BTC or ETH wallet for the payment, the transaction will be rejected and funds will be returned.
How long does it take for the payment to arrive?
As soon as your payment arrives to our cryptocurrency wallets and several confirmations are done, platform automatically initiates the transfer of tokens to your Ethereum wallet. The process can take up to several hours in case of an Ethereum network overload.
